I been saying this for long time. Don't get me wrong, Jon is great guy and he take cares of issue. But the problem is he is extremely hard to get a hold of... I literally had to call and email multiple times to reach him... Sometime even 2-3 days... You literally have to harass their car to talk to Jon.. Or this is how I feel at least... Jon definitely need to give some more decision power to his management teams... When it comes down to bonus issue or money issue, nobody can't do anything except Jon and Jon is not in the office...

Over half your posts are direct shilling for BI......I've played there since March of 2011, they've been good to me and always paid me......but there's indeed problems there now, and I hope just as much as anyone on here they get them sorted out...

Jon claims to be at work daily, but i call daily and they always say he isnt around, lol.............yeah yeah i know bi pays quickly or atleast did up until 3 weeks ago, whatever the case glad i mde the move to reup elsewhere and save myself the pain or dealing with these fuks, and that is what the customer service had turned into.....fuks...............
