GoalBet sportsbook dispute hits SBR mailbox

A GoalBet (unrated) player submits a sportsbook dispute. The player tells SBR that his account was closed while there was a pending payout for €1,000, as well as an €1,154 account balance. The player reportedly has not been given an update on how long the payment process is expected to take. | Read more

goalbet steal winnings and limit to one euro

I write to SBR in December. They put the complaint on the site on December 5
Goalbet stole 300 euro winnings from about 10 small bets and limited me to one Euro.
They claim i bet on surebets.Every bet was livebet and not hedged

Why are Goalbet not on black list
    SBR write on December 5

SBR is investigating this complaint. If the player did not run afoul of reasonable terms and conditions - for instance, if the player only operated one account and made standard sports wagers, then Goalbet would have no basis to confiscate his winnings.
"Sure bets" or bets where there is the suspicion of arbitrage at play are at the end of the day still standard wagers. Online sportsbooks need to show cause if they decide to confiscate winnings, such as a player circumventing wagering limits for a related account.
SBR will update as more facts are learned.

    They have stolen my winnings
They write a rule that they can steal winnings

If you believe they steal then

Why are they not on black list?

Put them on blacklist and then they reply or
    what is black list for?

I can't recall any mention of them for months.

Last complaint I did personally was at least a year ago when a player claimed someone hacked the account and changed the payout email to a similar name then cleaned out the balance. They didn't pay him but they did discuss it with SBR.

Any time a book mentions a rule about 'sure bets' I'd probably avoid though. Common term scammy books use and the definition from them can mean anything from arbitage to just picking off the best odds.
