I'm fairly new to 5 Dimes, do they make balance mistakes often? They apologized & corrected the mistake, however a free play compensation would have been a nice gesture on their part. I want books I can trust, not having to check my account history every day looking for their mistakes.

One time money was missing from my 5 dimes account. Called CS and they told me everything was normal. Basically blew me off. Then the money reappeared in my account about 1 hour later. Never had the problem again, but it was strange. Overall, 5 dimes is a solid book.

5dimes did this to me twice in the same day, corrected it, then did it again and didn't correct it for 24 hours. And don't even get me started on the nightmare I had trying to withdraw via **. They accused me of picking up the funds, when they were never sent. Took them almost 2 weeks to finally sort it out and pay me, w/ no apologies for accusing me of trying to scam them. Bunch of idiots, there's better customer service, 5dimes is a D book now in my eyes

As far as the missing account funds? I am sure it was an error and they fixed it immediately upon notification. C'mon really their are real complaints to address so we shouldn't muddy up the waters with stuff like this.

And how again is the amount relevant? If I didn't recently transfer $930 to DSI, then it would have been $1,000 zeroed out. You really think 5 Dimes would have replaced the funds if I didn't catch their error? I think not. I'm new to this book so I'll accept their apology, move on, & take their word it was an honest mistake. When a book makes a mistake, it's a nice gesture to give a free play. Did I beg or even ask for a free play? No, I didn't. It's just something a classy book would do. I was mainly trying to get a feel if financial errors happen often at 5 Dimes, & a couple other posters did have problems as well. I don't have time to babysit a book every day to make sure my balance is accurate, & I shouldn't have to. Instead of defending your A+ sponsor & commenting how ridiculous a posters thread is, your time would be better served answering posters questions. Such as why Heritage was taken down from the SBR odds page. Thank you.

It wasn't on any sport, nor wager. When I saw my zero balance, I clicked on transactions to see why the funds disappeared. Transaction report just said zero balance debit -$73.19. Which was my full balance at the time.

They were only aware of the situation, because I brought it to their attention. Otherwise, I'm out the $. Apparently you didn't read the chat, as I didn't ask for a free play at all. I was only waiting for Renee to offer FP in compensation for their error, as that's how a class book would handle their error. Now I know why 5D customer service is rated among the worst. Sorry doesn't always cut the mustard, since I would have been out the funds if I wasn't alert catching their error.

I was referring to SBR posters views of 5D customer service, which is well documented on this forum. People who actually play at 5 Dimes. Not independent sports book reviews, who are paid for their good ratings.

With the exception of a few posters that started conversations off with 'Tony' with an attitude and a chip on their shoulder, I would say over 85 percent of the posters here have no problem with 5D's CS, and I bet that 95 percent of the posters here that play regular at 5Dimes, don't have a problem at all with their CS.

Now Tony isn't going to win any congeniality awards any time soon, but if you give him a little respect, he resolves disputes, quickly.
I'm sure you are a decent fella, with redeeming qualities, but from where I sit, looks like you are blowing a honest mistake, that was corrected mind you, waaaaaaay out of proportion.

Wow. Why is this even a thread? A mistake was made, it was corrected immediately without any inconvience, argument, or justification needed. This should only be a thread if they took a long time to fix it, or they tried to claim the debit was legit.

Just because a mistake was made doesn't entitle you to anything. That is the problem with everyone these days -- everyone things they are owed repercussions for an unintentional mistake.

Personally I try to live by "you catch more flies with sugar then vinegar" rule when I'm seeking something especially when you just handed someone, probably making like $3 an hour, your account number and password...
