Try to contact the Michael Shackleford at http://wizardofodds.com/ He proved that BLR software (used at Legends and others) was rigged and put them on his blacklist.

If the OP is telling the truth, it sure sounds to me like Amigostech is rigged as well.

There are several casino softwares that have been around for years that are random (Microgaming and RTG to name a couple). Cheating casino software should be exposed as such. Also, if a sportsbook has rigged casino software in their casino, it says a lot about that sportsbook IMO.

There is no way that this was done on purpose. The Casino's are programmed to take your money a little at a time, not balatant stealing. I play a lot in their 18 play video poker and have the usuall ups and downs that I would expect at any live casino.

It will be interesting to find out if the software provider can provide an explanation to Youwager and the players that experienced this.

I am still a big Youwager fan.

But that is far from the case. I was only playing 50 hand poker for 1 cent a hand to kill a few minutes before I went out for the night. When my first hand lost all 50 hands, I thought..... that is so strange, I've never seen that before. I said that is almost impossible. So i played it again. Same result, Then again and again. After 4 times, I thought.... wow. But it was only going to cost me 50 cents each hand I was going to see how many consecutive times it would lose. i stopped at 15. That is 15 hands of 50 without drawing a winning card. So I call my friend who also has an account with this same sportsbook. He played 10 hands with the same results.

    What online casino is this?

And the verdict is in: It's mathematically proved that Amigostechs casino software is maliciously rigged.

    Read the report here: http://wizardofodds.com/online-gambl...ch-warning.pdf

To their credit, Youwager themselves took action to have the software investigated. But will players be compensated?

Players were compensated. However, It was hardly a high volume game.

This isn't true. The majority of spots that offer online casinos want the games to be fair just as much as the players do. The house wins in the end regardless.

I was refunded the few dollars I lost in there but Max refuses to give out any free play or loyalty points for this....Am I asking for too much? I was playing a proven rigged game and had it been a single hand game, it may have taken lots of money from me and I may never have realized that it would never pay. Not the best way to instill confidence in your casino players....

I told Max not to give out free plays.
[Full Disclosure: I did give the OP a free play for pointing it out and being very helpful]
IMO, giving players free plays, points, etc. in a situation like this might give the impression of "buying off" a customer. Everyone was refunded. I don't see how a free play will instill confidence in the casino. It might smooth you over, or be a good faith offering... but give you confidence about the product, I'm not sure. Had you lost a lot of money, like you say above, it would have been refunded.

However, looking over reports and customer ID numbers does remove the human element from the decision making sometimes. To be honest, I didn't that into account when I told him what to do. I'm going to give Max new instructions, check your account later this afternoon. I hope you (or anyone else that played) will be satisfied.

That's what I'm talking about...You are right, it is an act of good faith and shows that Youwager cares about it's clients!

Has Amigotech come up with any explanations?

I continue to be a cheerleader for Youwager!

Currently they are discussing the situation with Dr. Jacobson, he's keeping people up to date on the progress over at the wizardofvegas forum, I know he has posted here before but don't know if he checks the site. I don't have the link at the moment, but it shouldn't be hard to find.

What are the odds that you are dealt 700 hands of "Jacks or Better" and never drawing a single card that would give you a paying hand? Yes, you heard it correctly. 700 hands of Jacks or Better---I drew in excess of 2000 cards and never once did I draw a card to make a winning hand. Glitch in the software you say??? mmm Really. Perhaps, but why would the software program be able to deal out only losing cards unless it was somehow programed to do so... perhaps as an option to do so if the house wanted to cheat. So, I contacted the sportsbook. I got nowhere. They claim there software is certified. I must have had an unlucky streak. Here is the deal. I played 15 hands of 50 hand Jacks or Better. That totals 750 hands. Never once did I draw a card that resulted in a payment. For example, my first hand was a Jack with 4 lower cards. I kept the Jack. All 50 hands lost. So not only did i not get another Jack in all 50 hands, but no other winning hand out of the 50 hands. Anyone who plays this games knows that should never happen.... but it could. The problem is.... this happened 15 times in a row. So my next hand was a Queen with 4 lower cards, I kept the queen, the result was... all 50 hands lost. So... because I was only playing 1 cent per hand, I continued. 5 times during my play I had a winning hand dealt, for example 6,6,k,k,4 That did indeed pay, but all the cards that I drew never payed. So in conclusion. If I was dealt a paying hand, it did indeed pay me, but all hands that required me to draw to a card always lost. 15 hands of 50 hand jacks or better is 750 hands That is over 2000 chances to draw a single card to make a winning hand.... but they all lost. The odds of this happening are (well I'm not a math Genius) but is must be .076 to the 2000th power, or on other words you have a better chance of finding one specific grain of sand in all the beaches and deserts of the world. Oh... of course the Casino manage wouldn't listen to me... So I just let it go.
The OP is the only individual who should be given a generous freeplay in this situation and NOT because the poker game was rigged but because the casino management blew him off for what turns out to be a legitimate complaint.

Cory, from Youwager.com has been in contact with me during the investigation of this situation. He was professional and forthright with regards to the casino problem. He refunded all lost funds as well as providing a generous compensation. I've always liked YouWager and will continue to support their sportsbook.
