I really don't know how u guys are really siding with these guys. Its obviously something bigger here than we know yet. he obviously wasn't only trying to move $50 like he says its been going on for a while with chargebacks, collusion, sharing hole cards with friends, and cheating other players at the table. To me these guys did everything they could to scam people. Then the bit-ch has the nerve to say that i work for this place when...hahahaha its to bad i hate cheaters when i comes to poker. This guy doesn't deserve a penny and the money needs to go back to the people that were cheated just like i know it will.

got a PM from OP at another forum. This guy hasn't given up - I'd just thought I'd bring it to SBR's attention in case it was another issue like the $65K for sure player was guilty that was reversed. I know the SBR feed says player confessed - but he's claiming he confessed to $50.00 chip dumping NOT COLLUSION or anything that should warrant $37,000 confiscation. I'm not siding with him, nor against him - only bringing up the fact he claims he was banned from posting here and still feels he was cheated, and with it now becoming known BetOnline almost cheated a player without proof and insisted he was guilty until it went high profile and then decided to honor his claim to his winnings. Perhaps prior to knowing the issues maybe BetOnline's word was taken too serious on some of these issues. Only raising the question; bringing it to attention.

Just after a few days after posting the thread, my account at SBR has been time out and I will only allow to the forum again after the case is over. From then, I havent received any message or email from Lou about my case. I'm writing this to you because I think that you are dealing a lot with similar situation and can help me resolve my case with reasonable result. I am admited that I was chip dump $50 to my friend to fund his account but never involve in any collusion. I read a lot of your post in many forum and I love the way you protect innocent players. Would you give me advice to deal with my case since SBR not allowed me to post anything at there forum and I have no iead how to procceed beside sending a lot of email looking for help. I still think that it is unfair to confiscate 37k because I chip dump $50 to help my friend fund his account and his money still available in his account. 1) BetOnline is beyond retarded for allowing 2 people with the same IP to sit together (or not, if they just keep all losses and jack all accounts trying to cash out)
2) How much of the 37k came from legitimate winnings while he was the only account at the table?
3) How much did the accounts net profit (and over how many hands played) where they were at the same table and other people were dealt in.
4) Is this any kind of chipdump/********** ring, or is the funding basically as described, an account that ran up a balance dumping small amounts to friends on occasion?
5) Why did you ban the guy from posting here? Nothing still in this thread merits that.

I contacted Justin7 and my account has been unbanned. However, I will not give up. I still tried to call BO every other day.
Lou, please help me contact with Betonline management again to have reasonable solution. As Justin said ealier about chip dump case"Reverse the dump, close the accounts, and pay both players. I have stated this, and have disagreed with BetOnline's handling of these disputes."

Just to clarify, I don't think your account was ever banned -- I think you had a short timeout. We SBR mods sometimes use a 3-day ban if it appears that a poster is hitting a lot of threads with unrelated comments. I don't know what happened with you earlier, but I'm sure you'll be able to continue posting if you stay on topic in this thread, and don't carry it over to other threads.

I'm sorry to say this pal, but you just got caught plaayaaa. I tried the same story you did when I got caught. Thankful we were able to withdrawal more than we got taken away at the time. I used to do this in highschool when internet poker first came out. A group of friends and I would get together at school and kill it in poker. We made thousands until they found out. Our school used dynamic IPs and the site never noticed that we all sat at the same table and shared card info. It's easy to do. I paid for my first 2 years of college using my winnings from this scam. Just put your tail between your legs and suck it up like a man. You cheated and got caught. Go try it again at some other book that might not pay as much attention.

I did not lied about being banned from SBR. I still have s transcript chatting with Shari M that I was told to be permanently banned from SBR due to multiple account which I wasn't. If you need them, I will send you.
About not being to reply you. I promise I did write to you at least 4 times to explain about what I was being asked. I still had it in my mail box with date and time replied.
Betonline told you that my friend dump chip to me was totally a lie. They will never show the hand history that I did dump chip because it never happen. If you have a proof about my chip dump, I am more willing to share with our forum. Only me dump my friend $50 and I already admitted.
At this time I knew that I will not get my money back and I may be banned again from SBR but the true is still the true. I contact Justin7 because I think he is the only one who will help the player against sponsor book and people told me that he is honest.

The only thing I thought at that point is to help him fund his account and I thought if the software let 2 of us sat down at the same table it is their false to let me transfer money. It turn out to be what I said.
To babyjesus, I do not cheat on anybody on Betonline. The money I won is legit. A lot of people on Betonline did play with me on middle and high stake game and they knew how I played. THe $50 I transferred is at a head up micro stake table with max buy in is $50.

BetOnline is going out of their way to seize funds. CRIS and Pinny are going out of their way to make sure you get paid. Huge difference.

The only thing I want to restate is I only dump chip to kenpham84 is at the headup table and I already explained to them and in our forum. They claim that he used CC to deposit to moving fund to my account is not correct and it is ridiculous. I only transfer chip to kenpham and I make no benefit for that action at all. I need them to prove that when did they move their fund to my account( I can believe that they accuse me on this). They can say I chip dump, that's correct. Other than that I do not think I have done anything wrong. The third party that you mentioned is another friend that I tell him come play at Betonline because the game is easy to beat. I do not know much about him and I guaranteed that I never sat down at the same table with him at any mean.

How the hell do you know this guy got caught?? Seriously I think the major point here should be the fact that BETONLINE has been unable to provide any evidence in all these cases, other than trying to accuse people and hoping they admit wrongdoing. It's really funny how the administrator slipped the word PERMANENTLY in there to make it look like thanquang is a lier. cause ThanQuang was only banned for "3 days" not "permanently" banned lol man he really lied there haha.. They prob giving you guys a cut..
