Good to Hear AbonFire. Glad to see you got your payout.

Day 30 is here ... the day Lou from SBR said I would receive my payout and so far ... no wire (big surprise). I guess I'll give it until 6pm because wires can come in at anytime but not looking good. Tomorrow starts month #2 and this was the FIFTH time I "should have had my 10k wire".

Comon wire ... show me a wire!

Margy - I also have a wire due from Betonline for $3500. I requested it October 5th and have not seen anything but pending from Betline yet and I have contacted Customer Service at BetOnline and they have said it will be here by Friday at the latest. Looking forward to seeing your issue resolved! Pls keep us posted.

Sorry Indiana ... you can forget that.

Pending status will go to "Paid" and then you'll be waiting a few more weeks. It's looking awfully clear that BetOnline is a no-pay book, not a slow-pay book.

I finally got through with their customer service today, and according to Sophia, they have not been able to get in touch with their processor for weeks. Sending messages with no response is not a good sign for payment!

for what its worth, i have spoken to betonline management about the slow pays and they have assured me that the ones on sbr are isolated incidents ( a hiccup in a processor that has since been corrected) and delays should not be expected for other clients (me hopefully, recently requested a couple of payouts). as i have said before, actions speak louder then words and we will see. they have always paid me in the past so im hopeful

I wish I could believe that Bubba but it sounds like a speech just to get clients off their back.

When you cant get a hold of your processor, bad things are gonna happen.

i dont know of anyone who has not been paid eventually by betonline. they have always been slow(frsutratingly far far far too slow) and always paid. its sloppy on their part but can you please provide of some no pays to back up your statement? dont get me wrong, i have my doubts about my payouts from them untill the $ is in my hand, but to flatly say they are a no pay book seems a bit harsh. slow pay? worse then most over the last 5 years. no pay? i havent seen any. hopefully it stays that way.

Five times Bubba, in the last 30 days, I've been told I should have the funds in my bank account. And on Monday of this week, Lou told the forum it was my fault for the delay because the BetOnline processor did not have the correct information. Garbage; as has been proven.

Now, knowing that they cannot even get in touch with their processor, when is it ok to call them a no-pay book instead of a slow-pay? Perhaps I should have said "ridiculously slow slow-pay book" but giving me five different times when money is expected, blaming me for their problems on the forum then disappearing from contact and not getting in touch with your own processor is egregious. Everything adds up to a book in serious trouble right?

i agree, they have always been a "riduclously slow slow-pay book". they still are apparently. and its horrible that they dont have more answers. but there is a large difference between a very very very slow pay book and a no pay book. and as of now, they have not no paid anyone that im aware of. if there slow paying means they are in serious trouble, then they have been in serious trouble for years and have been paying players while in serious trouble for many years and you still should get your funds. i hope im right! very badly!

I am happy to have gotten paid in less than 24 hours, but I can appreciate the concerns of those waiting on their money.

And from my experience, what Grandpappy Peep used to say is often true.

"Slow pays lead to no pays" is what he told me more than once......

Heh. I can't argue with what Bubba or GrandDaddy Peep says ...

Really hoping this doesn't linger for months. SBR says problems with A and B books generally take 24 hours to resolve. Perhaps it's time to move BetOnline from B status.

    YOU WILL NOT BE PAID...

Early this year I had over 400 in my Betonline account and requested a withdrawl for check payment. And the request sat their for a week or two and I finally said forget it and just cancelled the payment, and ARB'd out my money with sportsbook.com, who I know pays quick.

Honestly, if I were a sportsbook player and my payout was late and it was for $10,000 - I might think the forum theatrics are necessary, or believe they would make a difference. As has been communicated over email, we've been in touch with management concerning your pending payout, and that information suggests your payment should be received by end of day. If that's not the case, please let me know.

Confronting customer service isn't really necessary, the answers you will be given won't match up with what management knows. I'd like to believe you filed your complaint because you trust SBR, some of your remarks seem to suggest otherwise.

I have my doubts now Lou. You told me 10 days ago that my money would be received by last Tuesday, and it was not. You apparently spoke with management then, and were happy with what they told you. Obviously, I was not.

Now, you've given me deadline number two, and as of 1:30ET, it's not here. Are we simply going to play this game for the next few weeks / months where on deadline #21, the money actually arrives? I also did not care for the fact that you published on the forums the delay was because of me, when it so obviously is not simply to make BetOnline look better. From all the complaints on the forums in the last few months, this book as no business being rated a B+ and for some strange reason, my month long $10k wire delay has not made the news wire, while other smaller (in delay time and amount) have.

It just feels like I'm not getting a fair shake from both you and BetOnline. I really do appreciate you looking into this and providing me information because I have not been able to get it on my own, but wrong information is worse than no information because it gives me unrealistic hope.

Just feel like I'm not getting a fair shake from BO and SBR

Just received a call from BetOnline telling me the money should definitely be in my account.

Nope. They're gonna get back to me later today to see what happened this time. Should be quite a story.

    Lou,

It seems you have a vested interest in making these books look "good". For a supposed review site, that type of pro book attitude seems very similar to an affiliate site.

Can you explain if there is a distinction between this review site and an affiliates site (in terms of player protection) to me?

Margy, I've been in your shoes before and was booted from SBR because of my excessive posts regarding non-payment issues with another SBR advertiser book (I have promised not to name this book in order to restore SBR posting privileges again). SBR ultimately provided me with a little bit of help but the result was a joke and was not to my satisfaction. The reason why I am saying this is because if you post too much about it, SBR will remove your posting rights, which is what happened to me.

As for BOL, I had lost a lot of money there recently. Once I finally won and requested a mid 4 figure payout, it did not get processed, I canceled it and subsequently lost it. After that, I decided that I was done with them. All of their "new payment policies" were clearly a false attempt to get people to post for football season. I wound up being one of those suckers. I hope you get your money. As I said, I've been in your shoes before and it's been painful.

Thanks SBR for not helping now we know the truth, you are paid by these bookies.

    Hey Majman.

Appreciate the info ... if SBR so decides to revoke my posting privileges, that's ok I guess. It's their forum and they can allow whatever they want. I don't think I've been malicious or untruthful in anything I've said and if you don't see me posting anymore, that should give you even more insight to the motives of these guys.

You're right about these "new" payment policies. Ya know, I had my first two bank wires cancelled by management because they kept saying they didn't have my license, CC and utility bill (after I sent it three separate times to cs@betonline) and the online system didn't even have record of them initially.

All in all, this has just been a strenuous process I really hope to avoid in the future. Just tired of listening to people tell me the money is coming and like an idiot I go check the bank account. Someone please just be honest and tell me what's up.

$800 maximum with like an $88 fee. I'd have to make 12 of them to get my money out and I bet they have rules on just how many I can make a week.

But you could be right. That may have been faster!

Geez. I can't imagine that anyone reading these posts are still depositing on BOL. And, you know that BOL is aware of this and are reading these posts and are still not able to address this guy's issue. Where has this Alex guy been to respond on how there have been no payment issues and how the forums are quiet on BOL payment issues. And, most surprisingly, where is Legions to throw up a shill post????

Actually received a PM from the BetOnline Alex everyone talks about just today and was told it would be looked into. That means I have Lou from SBR and Alex from BetOnline looking for info.

At least I'm not in the dark here but it doesn't appear to make the money show up any faster.

Well guys, I'm in the same boat. Only have 2K due to me but I've been lied to one time after another. I go from being told there is a delay with the processor to the fact I've already been paid and should be seeing in my account later that day. Only constant thing is I'm not getting paid. Keep in mind, I trust betonline as I've been paid several times in the past month via p2p but I hate being lied to. I don't want this to go on for the next month or two with me just trying to get 2K out of them. There is no way 2K is any kind of significant amount of money to them or they are in big trouble.
