The reaction by SBR to this situation is abominable. They have no problem criticizing other forums for how they handle BetEd, but when one of their own A rated books treats their customers like dirt, SBR does nothing. Pathetic hypocrisy by SBR.

That does seem to be the case. Sad but true. I honestly thought that SBR would be unbiased but I'm not so sure. They were not helpful.

I highly urge you to make your own thread to get peoples attention and file a complaint and wait for an admin to respond ..

If i put myself in Chambers shoes, I would have expected some aid from SBR, especially considering their usual ability to help in other situations, assuming there isn't another side to the story. I particularly am surprised that no pressure was put on Bodog to AT LEAST waive the ridiculous $750 fee. SBR doesn't have enough leverage (or a good enough working relationship) with Bodog to at least have this token gesture of waiving a ridiculous fee?

Maybe its a case of SBR trying to reason with Bodog, but the book won't budge on its ridiculous stance. Then SBR decides that its better to just wash their hands of this rather than risking $$ by raining down forum pressure on them.

Very well put and probably quite accurate. Maybe SBR did go to bat for me but they were simply rejected. Everyone is scrapping for the last few dollars out there in online gaming, including Bodog in taking advantage of their customers before their doors are closed as well as SBR trying to hold on to the declining advertising revenue that is generated from sites like Bodog.

I have to totally disagree in this situation though. There are multiple situations in which bodog needs to be doing a better job of taking care of their players and this is one of them.

Read through this whole thread and the utter rediculousness that has happened. Its funny how it literally takes me and others 10-15 minutes to deposit and end up taking weeks and even months to get payment.

Second I am ashamed of how SBR has responded in this incident and has tainted my view of the site quite a bit. Although if put in their shoes one customer compared to a huge money maker its hard to take customers side.

I guess all we can do is band together and find the best books.

I call for everyone on this forum to never deposit at bodog again.

It's ridiculous the hoops this players is having to go through to try and get what is rightfully owed to him by Bodog. I don't see it as much a reflection on what SBR did/didn't do but rather Bodog's terrible customer service and lack of common sense in paying a customer.

Contrary to what Bodog Betty says in the thread about Bodog screwing up their recent promo, this IS Bodog's fault. Blaming the US govt and their recent crusade against online gambling makes some pop and get all happy, but it's a lot of BS. Bodog does business with US customers for a reason and gladly accepts their money despite knowing full well for quite a while that the US govt doesn't want them doing business with US residents. Unlike Pinnacle and others, Bodog sees only $$$ signs and when they can't manage to payout in a reasonable manner, they try to blame the "authorities" instead of their own incompetence and greed.

Look, Bodog made a business decision to do business with US clients and knew exactly what all the risks were and are. They obviously thought they might make a few more bucks than if they simply exited the market like some (much better) books did. Don't now and try to blame that market for your inability to pay customers in the US.

Basically, Chambers is getting extorted here by Bodog in order to get paid what he's owed. That sure as hell isn't anything resembling an "A" book, not that I think most serious gamblers see Bodog as an A book in the first place.

It seems they still haven't even made the first payment to the agent?

Damn u guys are still posting up about the same incident, theres like 5 threads about the same thing. I didn't make the grading scale and SBR rates them an A book, I trust SBR when they recommend a book and I use pretty much every book that SBR recommends and have never had any kind of issue with not 1 of them. Chambers if your having such problems of getting your $ why don't u just fill out a complaint form and let SBR help u to resolve this matter? im pretty sure they can get this fixed real quick. That would probably work better than going back and forth all day with the groupies u have accumulated.

Blame our govn not the books, i mean look at the measures they have gone for absolutely nothing. They didn't even take that seized $ to help people or put it towards our debt they bought new undercover cars and guns, americans $ that most people work for or earned it winning some games, with big smiles on there faces like they just hit the lotto.
