Yep, that's the only game I touched in League 2 for a Favorite and they lose to a road team.

Two terrible matches today. AC Milan had 23 shots ... only three on goal. City had 24, four on goal. I don't think I have ever seen that many shots by two teams on the same day and a lack of quality showing hardcore that hardly any of them were on-target.

    Italy Serie A: Juventus-Napoli Over 2.5
Should be the most attractive try of the day. Juve has scored at least two goals in every home match this season - totaling five matches in Serie A, one for the Super Cup and two more in the Champions League. In those eight matches, they have two clean sheets against Genoa & relegation candidate Catania. They have given up two goals in three of their last five @ home. Napoli have scored multiple goals in 4/5 on the road and have only been held scoreless once in eleven matches. Napoli have just one clean sheet in their last six competitive matches and have just one clean sheet in seven away matches in Serie A/CL combined.

Yeah I only see those in the KO stages of things like Champions League, Euro, World Cup ... would seriously think I could make back two losing bets every day on that prop.

MLS: Real Salt Lake-Portland Over 2.5 @ plus money or 2/2.5
Like this one even though the MLS as a whole seems to be very underish in the playoffs. Portland however has been the exception and it's difficult to go against goals after seeing the way their defense played in both legs against Seattle. The Timby drew 0ers also flashed a good attack, so they will certainly be hoping to find at least one goal to bring back home for the 2nd leg. I think RSL should be pushing for the win tonight, knowing Portland is a tough place to need a result from. Outside of their October meeting in Portland where the drew 0-0, this series usually features goals, especially in Utah. I also think the short turnaround from last week could see a little fatigue for both squads - that is what keeps me from taking RSL straight up as they played 30 extra minutes to see off LA.

Nice easy win to start the week, especially on a very light day of futbol. Kind of a light week in general with the World Cup playoffs on Friday. Might look at some of the U19 & U21 matches ... but could be a restful few days.

    Wednesday [11.13.13]

    World Cup Playoffs
Going with a corners prop in the Jordan-Uruguay match. Over 10. Jordan's defense is leaky and can be caught out of position which hopefully results in some late challenges that can lead to corners. They gave up a boatload of corners to Uzbekistan in their last qualifying matches. Uruguay's attacking players should present plenty of problems and give them some opportunities. I also think Jordan should add to the mix. Realistically, they need to score to give themselves a shot in the 2nd leg of this tie ... so they shouldn't be sitting back the whole time.

Still looking around for info on Mexico-New Zealand before deciding to pass or play.

That was an awesome casher. Looked dead for most of the 2nd half and a flurry of late corners pushes it to 11 for the W.

World Cup Playoffs: New Zealand +2
I think this has a decent shot to push at worst. Mexico will be playing with all the pressure as usual and we know that life at The Azteca has not been easy for El Tri in qualifcation. The visiting All-Whites surely will be looking to keep this match as tight as possible, hoping to escape Mexico with a result or as little damage as possible for next week's 2nd leg. Mexico is very interesting here with Herrera choosing to have seven of his Club America players in the starting XI.

Hey EP what do you think of the NZ TT Over.5 for +150. I know it has been awhile since they have scored a goal, but do you think they at least score one today?

    International Friendlies
Egypt hosts Zambia in an empty stadium today due to the unrest in the country. Don't know if that impacts this match any, but it could be weird for Zambia who are not used to it. Lineups look like Egypt are rotating their squad some ahead of the 2nd leg of their WC qualifier against Ghana next week. Will also be interesting to see how they respond after Ghana crushed them last week 6-1 in the 1st leg. They need a confidence boost. Zambia are still without their captain and best attack option in Katongo. Zambia has not scored in either of their last two friendlies under their new manager, losing 2-0 to Brazil & 1-0 to Jordan. It would be embarrassing for Egypt to drop this. Egypt-Egypt on the HT/FT I have available @ +125. Maybe back it up with Draw-Egypt @ +350 as I think those would be the likely outcomes, but of course in a Friendly anything can happen. Egypt ML is -164. Might be fair to go that way instead of splitting, but just seeing some options.

    UEFA U-21 Qualis
Lots of matches here today. The most reasonably priced OVER looks to be Scotland-Georgia. Over 2.5 is as low as -122. In eight combined qualification matches, these two teams have played to three goal totals or higher 7/8. 2-1 Georgia in the 1st meeting. A win for either team could push them into 2nd if there is a winner between The Netherlands-Slovakia who are both tied for 1st in this group.
