A one unit bet on both would yield a tidy profit if the 1st goal comes inside that 20 minute window.

    Perfect call.

That'll probably make up for a goal fest in Germany. Stuttgart already on the board. Then again some of these matches where early goals come in, totally dry up ... interesting to see. Unders that I like seem to rarely hit.

Hard to call these games when teams literally have 2-3 days to rest.

As I type it Dortmund scores..

Well maybe that will level the pace off. I was either thinking 2-1 or 2-0 in this one ... so I doubt it's going to stay under 3.5 at this point.

Yeh, unders suck balls. Although I did start to bet em mostly in low league games in Argentina and Brazil.. sometimes easy to read..

Yeah Argentina seems very bland with goals mostly, but damn it is hard to bet Under 2 a lot for me.

Yea I hate that too, seeing a 1-0 early in the first half makes me mad knowing all needed now is one more goal and I'll be sweatin for a push.. But sometimes you gotta pull the trigger.

Yet again, a draw busted in injury time with Blackpool scoring. Overs were good except for the one that looked like the best banker with Uruguay-Nigeria in the U-17. Ended up 2-0 Nigeria. Bayern Munich one hit over 2.5, but not 3.5.

Spain La Liga: Sevilla-Celta Vigo looks like a nice try for an over as well. Sevilla home matches are 5/5 with overs in La Liga this season. Celta Vigo 4/5 overs on the road and generally give up a couple per match whereas Sevilla has scored at least twice in four straight at home and four straight overall.

Real surprised by the lack of goals @ Sevilla. Sounds like a lot of shots, just not enough quality ones on goal. Liga MX night cap, Chiapas-Santos Laguna ... liking goals to flow in that one.

    Germany Bundesliga II
Koln-Union Berlin is featuring the two tightest defenses in the league. Koln leads GB2 with only five goals allowed in 12 matches. Union Berlin has yielded 12 goals in 12 matches. At home, Koln has three clean sheets in five matches and has not allowed more than one goal in any match. Their last two matches have ended 0-0 @ home. Union Berlin has kept four consecutive clean sheets in GB2. On the road, they have not allowed more than one goal in any of their six matches with three straight clean sheets. You know I despise unders, but this one looks like it has a pretty decent chance.

Of course Koln is gonna come out and score 3 goals in the first 60 minutes. The under just made too much sense here...

    Romania Liga 1
One tilt here with Navodari hosting 2nd place Astra Giurgui. 10/13 for Astra in league play have hit for at least three goals this season. They were blanked in their last road match by Cluj, but prior to that had seen no less than four goals for a total in any of their previous five road matches. They have scored four or more in 4/6 on the road. Navodari have given up at least two goals in 3/4 overall. They have scored in all but one of their six home matches with two clean sheets to their credit. I think you can do worse than looking at the over in this one at a decent price of -110.

    Europa League
There are a couple of sturdy home sides that look good to back today for use in parlays. Rubin Kazan is the first. The Russian side may not be enjoying success domestically, but they have been tough as nails in the EL - especially on their home pitch. Rubin have won 10/11 in EL play dating back through last October @ home. Wigan has played well with five points through three matches, but this figured to be tough for a team that has not taken full points in a road match since their Championship road opener in August and has not scored a road goal in that same span, eight matches total. I also like the Dutch-side AZ Alkmaar at home against Shakhter Karangandy. AZ has looked a different squad under Advocaat and should be looking to clinch a spot in the next round of the EL with a win. They are solid at home, while the visitors have struggled on the road, losing 6/7 overall in all competitions.

A couple of other things I like today. Tromso hosting Anzhi. The stumbling Russians may have won the reverse fixture on their home pitch, but they are still in an absolute free fall. That win was their lone win in 17 competitive matches since their domestic campaign kicked off in July. They have not taken full points on the road in any of their eleven matches in that span. Going back through qualification for the EL, Tromso has won three, lost one and scored one draw in their five home matches. +0.5 for the hosts is enticing. Among the OVERs to like, Standard Liege-Salzburg looks like a good shot although the price is lofty @ -145 for o2.5. Still, the Belgian side has scored & conceded in 8/9 in EL dating back through qualis and Salzburg have scored at least two goals in all five of their EL matches this season. The 1st fixture between these two was red card crazy. Standard Liege is really in a must win if they want to hold onto hopes of moving into the 2nd spot in this group, while Salzburg can clinch the top spot with a win. Should be a good effort from both hopefully.

Was looking at the corner kicks market for the matches I had available at one of my books and I like a small shot on Over 10 with Rapid Vienna-Genk. Both teams generally are attack-minded. Obviously corners don't always come just because of this, but it's usually a decent place to look for corners as teams who are more aggressive hopefully get more chances around the opposition goal and can work some corners. Reverse fixture had eleven corners.

Y-ouch. Anzhi scores on about the last play in injury time to break a 0-0 draw with Tromso. Other thoughts were good though. Rubin/AZ parlay paid. Over paid. Corners prop paid.

    Qatari Stars League
A trip to the Middle East for goals again. Al Ahli hosts Al Rayyan. Al Rayyan has seen a boatload of goals on the road this season with 22 in five matches, 21 of those coming in the last four. Al Rayyan has scored at least three goals in three of the last four on the road. Al Ahli have scored & conceded in all three of their home games. 6/7 overall for Al Rayyan have seen at least three goals in league play. Super high juice on the o2.5, but parlay worthy. Al Kharitiyath-Al Arabi is the other that catches the eye. Al Arabi have seen at least three goals in 4/5 overall. The home side have scored at least twice in 3/4 @ home and conceded in all four. Fairly high juice as well on o2.5, but just a shade over -140 compared to around -200 for the first match. Parlay together for a decent payout if it hits @ +155.

Wow what a horrible competition the Qatar league is, obviously they must be an amateur association as there is no way these players could get paid to serve out that display.

I decided to watch the 2nd half of the Al Arabi game which finished 1-1 but let me tell you there should have been at least 4 or 5 goals kicked in that second half.. I would hate to think how many more chances these guys squandered in the first half. They were missing open goals from straight in front and weren't even hitting shots on target from within the penalty box, it was baffling to watch. If there were any player of quality in this match at all they would have had a field day out there...

Bad luck on your play Eagles in hindsight it probably was the right call because as mentioned there could have been at least 5 or more goals kicked in this sloppy affair.

Yeah, you can't always know the finishing quality of the teams on a given day. It's not quite the goal fest the UAE league is, but thought it was worth a go. I would have played the 1st one only, but I had only one option for the o2.5 and did not feel like paying -200 ... although that in retrospect was a bargain.

    U-17 World Cup Final
Nigeria v. Mexico. The Nigerians thrashed Mexico 6-1 to open this competition. Mini-Tri have come back strong to make the Final, but Nigeria still appear to be the more dangerous side. Still, the Mexicans should not be totally discounted as their pride is sure to provide them with a stronger effort to make up for the embarrassing 6-1 defeat earlier in the tourney. I look to goals again with Nigeria. They have scored at least two goals in all six matches here and three or more in 5/6. The key is Mexico. If Mexico scores, I think the o2.5 gets done. Mexico has scored in each of its matches at the U17 World Cup, but prefer to play a more defensive/counter attacking style unless forced to open up if they trail. Although I would not expect six from Nigeria again, they proved already they can break this defense down and while Mexico has seen their free flowing style now, I think they will have trouble again to an extent where goals should flow. Over 2.5 is a bit pricey @ -155, but I think worth the risk. Nigeria ML is slightly higher than that and might be the better bet, but I'm going to protect against the "shocker" of Mexico winning with goals over a side here.

Looks like I outsmarted myself again by not going with Nigeria, although I think Mexico has played pretty well - they have nothing to show for it and ten minutes left to find a goal for me.

    Germany Bundesliga
One tilt and I like the over in this one with Hannover hosting Braunschweig. Hannover has no clean sheets in their last ten and have seen totals of three or better in 5/6 @ home this term. They have scored & conceded in five straight on their home pitch. Braunschweig have been very leaky on the road, giving up two goals or more in 4/5. They have scored in three of those five.

    France Ligue 1&2
I think there are a couple useful MLs for parlays to be found in France. In Ligue 2, Troyes at home looks a solid favorite against relegation candidates Laval. Troyes have won all but one of their six home matches this season. The lone dissenter being a draw to 2nd place Angers. Laval has lost 6/7 on the road and only taken points from bottom feeding Bastia to keep from being a perfect 7/7 in losing away from home. Right around -170 on the ML. In Ligue 1, Monaco hosts Evian who will be missing their top goalscorer due to injury. Berigaud has been absent for their last two, but I think it will matter more against a team in Monaco that can put goals on the board. Monaco has won four straight at home and 5/6 overall @ Stade Louis II. Evian have lost 4/6 on the road with the only wins coming against relegation candidates. Monaco should be eager to get the full three points after a disappointing loss to Lille last time that dropped them into a 2nd place tie with Lille. Both clubs trail PSG by three points. Monaco is around -360. The parlay of Monaco-Troyes is about +103.

Well France sucks. Troyes is going to lose to a team that had not won on the road all season.
