thats a good point. i googled him some and found a website that said it was a class 3 felony and he was in jail it looks like for over 8 years https://www.bailbondshq.com/arizona/...-JOSEPH/172556. im not sure how much the laws have changed in wisconsin since then but now for it to be a class c felony it would be with a 13 or 14 year old when he was under 19. 15 or older with someone under 19 now is only a misdemeanor with up to 9 months in jail.
