according to his lawyer he was working in kenosha that day as a lifeguard and cleaned up graffiti after work. a local business owner asked him for help defending the shops that he had left after his car dealership got torched. his lawyer said the gun was already there and not transported from illinois.

I don’t know. Some states may not seal those records. Clearly his name is on some of those cases and since he was 12. Like I just said, I don’t care about his record. What happened that day? I don’t know. Was he defending himself or gunned people down on purpose? I don’t know. I can’t claim innocence or guilty on that but him carrying a gun as a minor is where I have a problem.
