The case came to light in April 2020, when San Diego County Crime Stoppers received tips about a man who had engaged with a juvenile, according to Chula Vista police.

The case involved four victims between the ages of 12 and 14, but prosecutors contend that Fleer contacted more than 40 others who described themselves as minors. Investigators were unable to track those people down to verify whether they were underage.

Deputy District Attorney Jalyn Wang said Fleer sought out young girls, offered them money in order to coax them into meeting with him and encouraged the girls to arrange for their other young friends to meet him.

Big shocker! Another hero pig arrested for possession and distribution of child porn.

Police Investigation of Horrifying Child Porn Ring, Leads Back to One of Their Own

Lake Mary, FL — Last month, the Daytona Beach Police Department’s Advanced Technology and Cybercrime’s (ATAC) unit launched an investigation after receiving a tip about a child porn distribution ring that was being run on a social media app. After doing some digging, Daytona cops made a disturbing discovery — the perpetrator distributing images of child sexual abuse on the app — was one of their own.

This week, Officer Brandon Fox, 22, was arrested and charged with 7 counts of possession and distribution of child pornography. According to police, they received information regarding an individual sharing child pornography via a social media app that included images and videos of sexual acts involving children under 10.

During the investigation, police tracked the horrifying images and videos back to Fox. Investigators then executed a search warrant at his residence and noted that additional charges may be filed as they continue their investigation.

After discovering that Fox was the culprit, a judge issued an arrest warrant on the seven counts and Fox was brought in without incident. He is currently being held in the Volusia County Jail on a $70,000 bond.

According to police, Fox had been with the department for two years. He was fired immediately after his arrest.

After one of his own officers was arrested for such disturbing crimes, chief Jakari Young issued the following statement:

"The Daytona Beach Police received information regarding an individual sharing child pornography via a social media app to include images and videos of sexual acts involving children under 10 years of age. The department’s Advanced Technology and Cybercrime’s (ATAC) unit promptly began an inquiry into this sickening crime, after further investigation it was determined that the suspect in this case was Officer Brandon Fox. Fox is 22 years old and has been with the department for 2 years. A judge issued an arrest warrant on (7) counts of possession of child pornography with a $70,000 bond. Fox was taken into custody and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail without incident. A search warrant was executed at his residence and additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues. Fox was immediately terminated from the Daytona Beach Police Department.

This incident, which led to the arrest of one of our own officers was internally reported and investigated by the Daytona Beach Police Department. Our response to this incident echoes our commitment to hold not only the community, but even our own officers responsible for their actions. Anyone found to be in violation of the law, including members of law enforcement who are sworn to protect and serve will be held accountable."

Hopefully, the chief stands by his comments and follows through on holding Fox accountable. All too often the exact opposite happens.

As we reported last month, in August of 2020, former New Mexico State Police officer, Ricky Romero, was granted a plea deal after admitting to soliciting and receiving sexually explicit images from an underage girl on social media. Instead of jail time for this child predator, Romero’s badge granted him blue privilege and he was given probation.

Thanks to his blue privilege, Romero avoided jail and didn’t have to register as a sex offender. While on probation for sex crimes against children, Romero was arrested again.

According to the United States Attorney’s office for the District of New Mexico, Romero appeared in federal court on March 23 where he was charged with coercion and enticement of a minor and receiving child pornography — again.

Jury Finds Officers at Fault for Failing to Stop Fellow Cops from Beating Innocent Teen Unconscious

Contra Costa County, CA — The taxpayers of Contra Costa County will soon be shelling out some serious settlement money after a teenager was brutally choked until he fell unconscious and then beaten even more after — by a cop’s flashlight. Body camera footage from the disturbing incident shows that after cops beat Ricardo Hernandez, then 19, they lied in their police reports to cover their crimes and justify their false arrest.

In one of the first of its kind cases, a jury has found that officers at the scene that night, failed to intervene and stop what jurors believe was excessive force by a Contra Costa County Sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop.

The verdict was made in civil court and calls for Hernandez to receive $500,000 in damages.

According to the lawsuit, filed in Federal Court, Hernandez was a passenger in the backseat of a stolen car which he did not know was stolen. In fact, none of the occupants knew it was stolen. Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Battles pulled the car over after noticing it was driving with no lights. When he ran the plates, he found the car was stolen and called for backup.

As the video shows, all the teens were ordered out of the car one by one at gunpoint. Hernandez complied with the orders to walk backward with his hands on his head. However, as the video shows, instead handcuffing the compliant teen, Battles put him in a “carotid hold” — a type of neck restraint — until Hernandez lost consciousness.

“I don’t feel I did anything wrong,” Hernandez said. “I was a little scared because there were a lot of officers.”

    As Mercury News reported:

"Video from a police body camera reviewed by this news organization shows some of the scene of the arrest, including a clip where at least one deputy can be heard saying 'he’s out, he’s out, he’s out.'

The lawsuit argues that when the deputy said 'he’s out,' referring to Hernandez, Battles knew that meant Hernandez was unconscious but that Battles continued to instruct him to give his left hand to be handcuffed.

After the deputies repeatedly demand Hernandez 'stop resisting' in the video, one can be seen hitting him with a flashlight.

The lawsuit alleges that Battles struck Hernandez in the head and neck six times with his flashlight, and another deputy, Joseph Anderson, beat Hernandez’s right shoulder area."

“I will (expletive) shoot you,” a deputy’s voice can be heard saying in the video. The lawsuit states that this is the voice of Battles who had his pistol the head of this unconscious teenager as he beat him with a flashlight.

“Thank God I’m still alive,” Hernandez said. “He was there protecting me because in my perspective I would have been dead.”

The entire time, according to court documents, Richmond Officer Brandon Hodges stood by and watched as Battles inflicted his punishment on the innocent teenager.

“There is no way to whitewash this,” attorney Fulvio Cajina said to KTVU. “What Deputy Battles did was wrong and egregious and the fact that no one, including officers from Richmond PD did anything to stop him shows that they’re liable for this conduct.”

After they knocked the teen unconscious and savagely beat his limp body, these cops then lied in their reports, according to the lawsuit. They falsely claimed Hernandez was flailing his arms. But according to the lawsuit and the video, this was a lie.

After he was knocked unconscious and beaten, Hernandez was hospitalized for his injuries. He was then charged with resisting arrest. He was not charged in connection with the stolen car.

Once the evidence in the case was presented to the District Attorney, Hernandez’ charges were thrown out. Scott Alonso, of the District Attorney’s Office, said that after reviewing evidence, including video, the prosecutor dropped the charges “in the interest of justice,” according to Mercury News.

The lawsuit also names Chance Lopes and a man it identifies at Lieutenant Wooden because they failed to intervene and stop the maniac cop from bashing in an innocent and unconscious teenager’s head in with a flashlight.

Last year, Contra Costa County settled the excessive force part of the lawsuit for $260,000 but Richmond fought the failure to intervene portion — and now they’ve lost.

Unfortunately, despite taxpayers being placed on the hook for nearly 7 figures, none of the officers in the video below faced discipline in this matter.

10yo Girl Calls 911 to Report Her Police Officer Dad for Sexually Abusing Her, Fellow Cops Covered It Up

Chicago, IL — Frequent readers of the Free Thought Project are all too familiar with the concept of the “thin blue line.” Though law enforcement claims this line represents the force between good and evil, it is often used as a means to coerce and silence victims of police officers — especially domestic abuse.

For nearly a decade, TFTP has reported on countless incidents of police officers covering for fellow cops when they commit an act of brutality or when they beat their wives. Victims of domestic violence by police often have nowhere to go as reporting the crime to their abuser’s brothers in blue is a daunting task that could land them in deeper trouble.

One would think, however, that if a child of a police officer came forward to report that she had been abused — sexually — that cops would not be able to sweep it under the rug or look the other way. As the following incident illustrates, however, that is not the case.

In March, a 10-year-old girl called 911 and told dispatchers that her father, a veteran Chicago cop, had sexually abused her.

“The victim was scared and called 911,” responding officers would later report, according to the Chicago Sun Times, adding that the actions she described “were sexual in nature.”

The officer’s arrest started out normal and it appeared that he would be held accountable. He was taken into custody, according to the arrest report, for “aggravated criminal sexual abuse by family member” — a serious felony charge.

But after spending several hours in jail, he would be released on zero bail with new charges of “domestic battery” — a misdemeanor.

When someone with an actual conscience inside the department learned about the officer’s special treatment, a red flag was raised sparking two separate investigations. An internal investigation is now underway as well as another by the Civilian Office of Police Accountability.

    According to the Sun Times:

"In the days after the arrest, two officers and a sergeant involved in the case were stripped of their police powers, according to a law enforcement source, who said only that they were accused of failing to follow departmental policy.

A police spokesman confirmed the action but refused to release any details.

Police and court documents indicate there is confusion over what evidence was gathered on the day the officer was taken into custody on March 17.

In the arrest report, it was noted that the 49-year-old officer made an admission that was recorded on a responding officer’s body-worn camera. 'I made a mistake,' he said, according to the report."

Though body worn camera footage was mentioned in the original report, a month later and officials began claiming that there is no body camera footage. Only after attempting to hide it the first time, the video would finally be turned over to Assistant State’s Attorney Thomas Frank’s office — through a second subpoena.

The Times reports that after the girl called 911, she told investigators her father kissed her cheek and lips and told her he “wanted more,” sucking her tongue, according to the arrest report and a charging document.

The remaining details have been sealed because “release of the victim’s statements to the public could be disturbing for the victim and cause the victim to relive the traumatizing experience."

Court records show the officer was initially ordered to surrender his firearms and stay away from his daughter but less than a week later, the order was amended, allowing him to visit and potentially threaten or re-victimize his alleged victim.

A hearing on the case’s status has been set for June 1.

Disgraced Cop Gets Just 2 Years for Molesting Fiancé’s 10yo Daughter and Filming It

Columbus, OH — Another police officer has been arrested for child porn and has been given a sweetheart plea deal. While this happens so often that it is depressingly not surprising, this time, it was the cop’s own soon-to-be 10-year-old step daughter who was the victim.

Columbus police officer Raymond Rose, 31, was arrested in 2020 by an officer with the Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children task force after being accused of filming a young child in a “state of nudity,” according to Franklin County Municipal Court records.

In January, Rose took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to a single charge of of gross sexual imposition for inappropriately touching the 10-year-old girl whom he also videotaped naked.

The charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and pandering sexual oriented material involving a minor — both felonies carrying steep sentences — were dropped. Thanks to the plea deal, this week, he was sentenced to just two years in prison.

In October 2020, family members of the reported victim contacted the police department’s Internal Affairs Bureau with the allegations.

Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Sayje Brown told the judge that the child’s mother found the video on Rose’s phone.

The IAB then contacted the department’s Special Victims Bureau. Due to the nature of the allegations, the Special Victims Bureau brought in the Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children unit.

According to police, Rose went into his soon-to-be step daughter’s bedroom and filmed the private areas of a 10-year-old girl on July 20 inside a private residence. When police investigated Rose’s phone, they reportedly found the video on it.

The pandering obscenity charge allegedly stems from the accusation that Rose also made the little girl watch pornography on top of making her strip naked so he could film her.

After his arrest in October — despite investigators finding the videos on his phone — Rose was allowed to stay on the department’s payroll for the next 6 months, resigning in “bad faith” in April of 2021.

“When criminal activity is discovered, our duty is to investigate and pursue the appropriate action based on the evidence. The fact that it involves one of our own does not change that,” said Columbus police chief Thomas Quinlan. “The protection of children demands the highest level of priority and investigation. Regardless of who the accused is, we support every effort to ensure justice is done.”

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien pointed out that Rose was arrested despite his status as a law enforcement officer as if applying equal justice under the law is something unusual and should be praised.

“I think it shows that no one is above the law,” O’Brien said. “If a police officer commits a crime, they will be prosecuted. They will be investigated the same as any other citizen.”

He then went on to issue a warning to the public about the prevalence of such abuse, noting that it can and will often come from relatives and friends.

“Parents need to be watchful even amongst relatives, even amongst neighbors,” said O’Brien.

On top of his two year sentence, Rose must also register as a sex offender every six months for the next 25 years.
