I think walls exist for a reason. Are the 100% effective? Of course not. No thinks they are. No one. They are a deterrent.

I watch CNN international this morning at my dentist. Ridiculously biased reporting about Trump's visit to the border later that morning. They did however, surprisingly enough, talk to a pro Trump pro wall guy who has many acres along the Rio Grande his family has owned since the 1800's. He told the reporter about how a couple nights ago they went to shut something off on their property near the border (something to do with irrigation I assume) but couldn't because there we several criminals on their land telling him "not tonight pal. tonight this land belongs to us! Beat it". Human smuggling? Guns? Drugs? Who knows. It ain't good that's for certain. The landowner wants to his government to step in and secure the border. Do you blame him?
