    Low carb and ketosis work.. I went from 230 to 160 years ago and have never looked back...

    Many of my friends have actually come out of diabetes with it. They use it for epileptic children because it helps stop seizures.

    I definitely lost a TON of weight while eating less than 20g of Carbs a day while eating anything else. I didn't find it to be a sustainable diet, but it definitely works.

    The 1st week is an automatic 5 pounds.
