Mate youve already accomplished so much so of course youve gotta expect to plateau at some point.

Changing food wont accomplish much (% wise) if your already eating right. Do u have a training partner (spotter) who knows what they're doing??

Find someone that knows how to spot 'properly' (so many have no idea)...Once u have a good spotter then rep out to failure and get spotter to take only as much as is needed so that you still carry (what feels like) 100% of the weight...Im talking on a bench press once u fail he has to lift the bar with his index fingers only kinda spotting and do max of 3 more reps...It will burn like nothing more (tearing micro bits of muscle apart) but give it a few weeks and youll begin to notice the difference...

This (and mixing up ur exercise regime as muscles will remember ur workout patterns after couple of months) is the next best thing besides roids....And once u reach ur 3rd plateau thats when things start to become difficult..If natural expect to put on maybe 1-2% annually (even when being strict with diet, sleep, weights etc)...Just dont hurt yourself lifting TOO heavy...Wouldnt wanna see u outta action for something avoidable...

no I workout at home I have a ton of weights p90x insanity....so I don't have a spotter but yes ive had good spotters before that actually know what there doing which is great....I'm currently at 225lbs....started at 260 I know I was fukking huge but I'm 6ft and have a nice build so I carry weight well....I'm trying to get down to a solid 200-205 by spring break middle of march next year cause me and a homeboy rented a nice huge ass condo n PCB Florida so pu$$$$$$$$$yyyy galore FUKKIN JACKED

Oh and that's actually pretty much the same thing my homeboy said he said to not get discouraged everyone plateaus just keep working out

Guy that used to spot with was 5'7 but lifting 370 (fukkin mini tank)...Then again he was on the juice (and a fukkin doctor to boot, Youd think he'd know better)...

Bossy try and book sessions with ur mate...Just getting that spotter will be almost akin to a cycle on the juice....One other thing, once you start hitting 280-300 on bench get some wrist straps (cos muscle grows alot faster than bone)...thats the only downside with constant heavy lifting is joint injuries
