    Shit like that happens all the time and the cops are never fuk'in prosecuted! This cop shot a 19 year old kid 3 times in the back in my hometown while the kid was running away after a drug buy. Dude was unarmed and running the other fuk'in way mind you, probably scared, cause he sold a $10 rock to a cop, and the fuk'in cop shot him dead anyway! Cop lost his job, sued his department and got back pay and transferred somewhere else, probably to your city.
