    It clearly states on Page 105 of the Game Operations Manual the following;

    "no recording devices of any kind are permitted to be in use in the coaches' booth, on the field, or in the locker room DURING THE GAME."

    For all the NE haters, get used to them being around for the next few years, They are going to kick the living shit out of the Jets tomorrow, make short work out of Pittsburg and light up whoever comes out of the NFC. Mark it down!! By the time Belichick and Brady are done they will own just about every significant Coach/QB record they keep.     Patriots Fans are so defensive. How dare anyone ever be critical of Belicheat. We are so jealous. You act like they won the Superbowl last year. That fact is its been almost 6 years. So get over yourselves. Pittsburgh Fans have more reason to Bark then you guys. They have one a couple Superbowls recently. Mostly likely without the aid of videotapes too.

    First and foremost this about gambling. I've made a lot of money on Pitt, Balt., NE, GB, ATl. whoever. I just have a feel for what I see, no more and no less. I just happen to think they have a Team that right now is head and shoulders above any other Team still alive in the playoffs. They also happen to have one of the youngest Teams in the NFL, with more draft picks coming and barring an injury to Brady, this Team looks pretty much unstoppable. Good luck to the rest of the NFL. JMO on it.

    If you're going to quote the rule, at least get it right.

    From the NFL's Constitution & Bylaws (article 9): "Any use by any club at any time, from the start to the finish of any game in which such club is a participant, of any communications or information-gathering equipment, other than Polaroid-type cameras or field telephones, shall be prohibited, including without limitation videotape machines, telephone tapping, or bugging devices, or any other form of electronic devices that might aid a team during the playing of a game."

    Did the videotaping aid them during the game they were taping in? No, of course not, because there just isn't enough time to analyze all of the footage, figure out what plays they call for and come up w a defense to stop it during a 15 minute halftime.

    Every team gets all NFL Films footage immediately after the game. Every single camera angle. Are we going to pretend that a team can't use that to get signals too?

    Bottom line is, taping signals is not against the rules. It wouldn't be hard for them to add a "do not steal signals" rule, would it? Its just not there. That's all there is to it
