I call back and she said is there anything new you need to tell me I said yeah when am I going to get my check. She said there is nothing more we can do for you.     he even told me i was a piece of shit in the next chat and I was nothing to him. Hell I have paid his employees for years with my losses lol...I have won recently but in the long run I am down like most people. I have no clue how they dont get downgraded I asked sbr to down grade them when I chatted with them. I would rather them get downgraded than me get my money back

    if I was a manager I would go by my rules on the site and be very polite to my customers and not call them names. I would want their money and to keep them around. There business is all about the losing customers why screw them over?

    Sounds like when he called for his rebate, he was already on monkey tilt from having zeroed his account on roulette. He probably figured he would play a little roulette, and wound up losing it all. By the time he was down to zero, he must have been on extreme tilt. So then tough guy got tough over the phone with a female CS rep.

    This is what I've unfortunately have been encountering. It's my money. I won straight up. Why such a hassle to get a payout. I personally haven't had this problem at 5dimes but other highly rated sbr books have given me the run around on payouts which is why I make my large wagers with a local now. This game is complicated enough. Why should we get stressed out trying to get paid?

    Look like we learned a little bit on JBrison's personality He probably is always like this with customer service reps at all types of establishments. So he thinks the "Customer is always right" bullshit will always work. Good for 5dimes keeping notes on his bad attitude. And then he lies to all of us and adds lines to the chat. He deserves to get slowpaid.

    That "customer is always right" shit is a principle, not a law. It is so misunderstood, by businesspeople and customers/clients alike. What it really means is "within the parameters of my company's values, my personal values, the regulatory laws, and sound business practices of my industry, I will try my best to accommodate your request." Or something like that.

    What's funny is the fact that I get on Tony's case for being unprofessional, mean, disrespectful, etc. to people, but by the logs, it shows he is FAR MORE patient than I am. I'll admit it. Ten times as much. That guy had 9 lives, as Tony said, and he used them up. I prefer one-and-done or three strikes, myself. Tony gave him umpteen chances to stop acting up.

    I think it should be a mandatory thing that if someone airs out Tony for chewing their ass, that he post the account notes and chat log of the person. The full logs and notes are actually funny and sad.
