    I have contacted sbr about my issue and they have not responded or helped either to get my money back so I thought Id share it with anyone who was using the site. I called them to complain about a casino rebate I didnt get which was around $130. They closed my account and deleted the money from my account after arguing with them. This was a conversation I copied and pasted with me and the general manager. I have another conversation from me where I am told I mean nothing to him and he hopes I die. Keep in mind I have done nothing wrong and was an awesome customer to them.

    I would call 5 dimes immediately and have them delete your acct as you revealed your username and password in the chat which in turn identifies where you live, your name, etc

    I would also have SBR delete this thread.

    There are other ways. Just ENFORCE your policies. If it is a policy that you will remain civil during chat/phone/e-mail, then if someone starts up, end the call. Been there, done that. It's not that hard.

    (While it can be FUN to act tough, vent, insult, etc., it is not professional, and could destroy your business slowly but surely).

    What's your point? My credentials are a Bachelor's degrees in Business Admin and Human Resource Management from a top 10 business school, a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology.

    Degrees mean nothing, especially when it comes to dealing with degenerate gamblers.

    Bookmaking (in it's current form) is akin to a drug deal transaction. The fact that you pulled the lawyer card is laughable... Where would you sue him? I am not a lawyer but basically what we do here is illegal. No, we are not going to get busted for it but any outfall from it (lost funds, confiscated balances or being cursed at) is completely unenforceable.

    FROM A MBA BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE: Online sportsbooks users want to be PAID and have BETTING AND FUNDING OPTIONS....that's about it. 5dimes gives good customer service when you act, well, like a customer. They get angled everyday from people who degenerate gamblers (akin to alcoholics and drug addicts), severe personality flaws which for the sake of business, need to be treated accordingly.

    5dimes is notorious for having horrible customer service and has been well documented not only on this site but others. I'm not sure Tony's comments are true but they are certainly not out of character for him.

    5dimes has great prop bets and some of the best lines for soccer. If you're not interested in these I don't see why anyone would bet there.

    Seriously, you are obviously intelligent, but they need to watch how they interact with people, and keep these unpleasant instances short and sweet, and remain CONSISTENT in their treatment of problems.     I gamble to make extra money to pay my bills as I am a full time college student and a single dad taking care of my son because his Mom didnt want him when he was born. And I swear on his life every statement in that chat was the truth. Whether soem of you are paid to get on here to stick up for these sportsbooks so be it. But I know there is some people that believe I wouldnt waste my time on here and lie because Im just mad. The fact is they closed my account now and took $130 they should have gave me in a casino rebate. No one is going to help me but myself. Of course I dont have the money to sue them but I dont like people that steal and change their rules.

    I want to thank OP for the addition of the chat quotes as we don't want any 5 dimes threads without Tony quotes. I think that closer is a new one for tony. I like to see that he is changing up his game and not being totally predictable with his pithy one liners. This should be moved to the tony archives.it is worthy.
