    We live in a day and age where your corporate legal teams won't let you go to the bathroom without counsel approval. I have no affiliation with anyone on this site except for a couple of my best friends who post here at random times every now and then. With that said, I bet that Andy guy wishes he could post an update quickly but maybe he just can't. Loyalty and respect go a long way. We all want the samething here. I love you all.     Andy/new SBR regime put timelines on things and have not delivered.

    Everyone still around here is beyond loyal.

    We have been waiting over a year to use our points only to have the rug swept out from under us.

    I am as disappointed as everyone else about how poorly this has turned out so far. And I don't know exactly what's happening or why.

    But to put this in context, Andy did warn that they were not ready to re-open the store and this was just a temporary solution so we could run a Beat The Bullseye contest and have something redeemable for points.

    I am sure he is working with the powers that be to get 1) this current backlog properly funded and delivered and 2) A proper long term store solution in place.

    It's a large organization and takes a little time to get things happening compared to the old ownership. Andy will tell us what he can as soon as he is sure of the details.

    but i DID get a call from a 3rd party, warning me that some jackass was selling illegal stuff on amazon using my personal info (name/address)

    after about 3 hours on the phone and chat with amazon, they still didn't fix anything... their customer service is worse than betonline! i would rather have my toenails pulled out than have to deal with amazon ever again

    best one was one of the phone calls where he said "ok i've made a report, have a nice day"... i asked how he made a report when he never even took my name! or the name of the fraudulent seller! and then he refused to transfer me to someone else

    then 2 separate times on live chat for a half hour each time they told me that everything is fixed by changing my password... geez it's like banging your head against a wall

    I'm not sure if I understood from your post whether you knew or not, but wanted to make sure you knew those calls are a scam. They are not Amazon, they try to get your info by saying someone is stealing from you so they can steal from you.

    that's what amazon kept thinking... but i got a call from a legitimate company who was asked to do business with a particular seller that is shady, so they were seeing if i knew about it... and if i search that seller on amazon they ARE using my name and address

    i know about those other calls, in this case the lady on the phone GAVE ME MY INFO and never asked for anything, just if i was the owner of this particular llc, and told me to contact amazon to get rid of this illegal seller
