    The new SBR is obviously trying to make this right. Be patient, this will all be water under the bridge soon. People are so impatient and just out right disrespectful. What other site gives you points, lets you gamble and has cash prizes on top of that? I bet things would be different if you walked in their shoes for a day. I guarantee these guys will not let you down. They have followed through with everything they said they would do. I for one appreciate their efforts. Their approach makes me believe this site will be ran better than ever very soon. As posters we should help by spreading the word of this place. Let's make SBR the hottest gambling site in the world! Please let me know if there is anything we can do to assist SBR. I have no idea what that would be but I would love to assist in any way possible. Thank you SBR!

    - they said the store would open soon, it took more than 10 months
    - they said points would be worth the same, they were 40% less
    - they said we could order $250, then those orders got cancelled and the max became $100
    - they said 10-14 business days, then "a few days" after 9/16, both deadlines have passed

    if you guarantee they won't let me down, can you just email me an amount of amazon credit equal to my points, and i'll shoot you the points... tia

    I would suggest for the time being don't get worked up about the Store. Just don't. You're only going to get yourself upset over nothing really especially most if not all are now on free Pro memberships.

    Think of this situation like Bambi learning how to walk for the first time. It's going to be awkward and hard to watch until suddenly it just works.

    Very easy for me to say I know as I haven't shopped in the Store in maybe 10 years but we'll get answers for you. I just don't have them right now.

    Exactly. It will get worked out. It's actually been fun following it some. I am more curious than upset. I want this to work for everyone.

    Although, Andy made the mistake of giving a timeline, and then not updating when his dates do not materialize.

    Rule #1. Under promise, and over deliver to your customer base. Problems arise when communication lacks, and people are free to just get pissed off.

    Yes I think he's realised that by saying this will be done by XX date, and then this by XX when in actual fact it was hopeful but not very feasible if you'd been here awhile to watch will ensure that probably doesn't happen again. Fingers crossed anyway.

    I think people assume this was just a simple hand off from offshore BMR - change the name on the ownership and it's done. Not at all.
    They're building this place and changing things from the ground up so maybe that's why I'm a bit more lenient with that stuff but they wouldn't be investing all of this time and money just to toss it as I've said it before.

    It is frustrating though and I get it. I'm trying to get answers privately and any I get that I can share I'll then share with you all

    Update - Nevermind.....lol. You definitely have more skin in this game right now than I do. I might feel differently if I was in your shoes. I still feel 100% confident this place will be rocking very soon. With that said, being negative will do nothing good for anybody. The internet is loaded with negative people. Be positive and make people around you better. Why would the new owners waste time with this site if they intended not to follow through on their commitments. Give it time and this place will be all the way back.

    I got an email saying the purchaser has to be located in the state they are buying the card from for the game on cards. I live in Pennsylvania and put Pennsylvania on the order?

    They cleared this up right away. They are considered the buyer not me. They offered me an Amazon or StubHub 100 dollar card but I just said I would take the points refund. Glad they did it so fast.

    Yeah they refunded me already. Amazon my wife would waste and I didn’t have any games I was planning on going to so I didn’t want StubHub. I will just take the points for now. They didn’t offer me fanatics FWIW and I don’t even know what that is anyways.
