Depending on severity, remedies can differ:

e.g: for short-term back pain, limiting bed rest and maximizing movement alleviates some discomfort and soreness; back brace to maintain good posture may help.

Back pain is awful, and an issue that can linger. I suggest getting checked out via a Chiropractor or medical professional ASAP.

    Feel better soon ck

If it's just muscle, and not sharp nerve pain ( that takes your breath away,) just take Advil or the like and let it heal. Then when it's better, work on your core. When you go to lift something heavy, consider doing some quick stretching beforehand. Obvious, I know, but often people want an instant fix, and that's rarely best.

No more bench or shoulder press, at least not heavier weights. Especially if you've got a v shaped torso, that lower back doesn't need more upper mass

Probably can get Rx from an 'Emergency Care' (Not ER) place... with Ins $40 visit , without Ins $100

No Dr. but have had on/off again problems for years.

    RICE...rest, ice, compression and elevation.
Elevation is out so replace it with an antiflam and a pain killer. Don't UNDER drug....big mistake.
Take enough drugs so you can go take a piss without being in a mess of discomfort.
Don't let the back go into spasm or recovery will be a lot longer and very uncomfortable.
After a couple of days start alternating cold/hot treatment....it works wonders for a quicker recovery.
    Google it.

I use 2 advils and some BioFreeze for lower back pain.

I used to use Perks, but liked them too much.

If you just did it - I think you should lay face down and get some reusable cold packs.

You know cold reduces swelling and numbs the pain

Is it backpain or are you just sore? It's probably the muscles sore and it will go away in a couple days.

From a man who has dealt with chronic lower pack pain my entire adult life. This is what I do ... on those days where it hurts to a point where just walking around is uncomfortable. I wake up & stretch in different ways. Then I’ll soak in a hot bath with feminine bitch made bath salts. I also have an inversion table the Teeter hangups that help to decompress and eliminates chiropractor visits/adjustments. That device has saved me thousands over the years. I don’t drink coffee but Fresca and vodka works to loosen up the muscles and tightness in the morning & at night if I choose, instead of pain killers/opioids. Those fuckin’ pills mess with my neurological system and I can’t piss shit or c u m (not fun) so f u c k that & that’s a blessing in disguise because I would be an absolute addict today if not. Also at my gym they have hydromassage beds and massage chairs that help with the pain & just plain old walking on the treadmill or at a park or on sidewalks for miles at a time helps, you have to stay active laying in bed is your worst fuckin’ choice/enemy.

I heard heroin takes all the pain away.

May have a few side effects though.

Make sure you do back extensions about twice a week when healthy as a preventative measure for future incidents

for me (the best thing for lower back pain), it was the death of my sexy lil' ass partner in crime.....

not having her to pound relentlessy doggy style for hours a night resulted in far less lower back pain......

Maybe contact a doctor instead of SBR advice

But if you don't want to make any appointment, you can Google advice from actual experts and not just go on personal experience of degen losers. Like my loser take, once you feel better work on your abs and core muscles to prevent this again.

    Good luck
