    Dems could suffer significant blowback from screwing Bernie again. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Dem party splits in two and a significant amount of former Dems support a socialist base going forward. Republicans are gonna roll in the near future if that happens. We could get a run of Rep Presidents until Dems get their heads outta their asses or actually get a significant third party to the forefront. Rep POTUS until at least 2032 due to the blowback.

    I am not an expert on the US voting system, so I have a question.

    Someone said here that if Bernie doesnt get the 1991 delegates then he wont get the nomination, because Amys and Petes delegates would go to Biden in the 2nd round. But if that is the case, then isnt it a good thing for Bernie that they dropped out? Because even though Biden gets most of the Amy and Pete votes now, Bernie will recieve a small portion of them. Bernie is also now a huge favourite to win Minnesota, where before it was a coinflip between him and Amy.

    Now I know my reasoning is probably wrong because the odds have moved dramatically in favour of Biden. But where is my reasoning wrong?

    Biden might be a 2 to 1 fave over Sanders by the end of the day. Only reason Sanders was ahead was because everyone else was splitting. Now that they've coalesced behind Biden, Sanders in a tough spot. He has a following but it's still a minority of dems.
