    Lol, I know, it's crazy.

    There's a group, I think Japanese, that own a shitload of land right there by the strip and planning a huge resort and golf course.

    From what I heard it will be huge.

    I don't even think the draw will be a casino, it's just a huge resort, like all of them anymore.

    Built on debt I suppose, I just can't see the justification in all the money being spent, but they sure can borrow a lot against the floor of slots...lol.

    There's just no return there for guys like you and me.

    Maybe some casino stocks over time, but it seems like they are so careless in spending and development.

    Somewhere there must be numbers to make it work out, I would think.
