Plenty of teams play with rookie QB's and back ups every year and don't go 1-32-1
They need a coach and system to win any games

Well every losing streak comes to an end. I feel they should of won those first two. My biggest concern is that New Orleans first game gave up 48 points and then only 18 to the browns... Steelers gave up 21 points to the browns but then gave up 42 to the chiefs. This tells me that the offense is really bad for the browns. Their time of possession though has been decent almost near 50% of the game so they are at least moving the ball and burning some clock.
