I just put a sizable bet on the Browns -2 the first half. The Jets are a pretty good team that may win this game but I've got to think the Browns are going to be on fire to start this game. The Browns have been a good 1st half team, even when they went winless last year. They seem to get off to great starts

People believe that Brown and DePodesta were in agreement that a veteran-free quarterback room would serve the purpose of assuring the Browns of winning as few games as possible and heightening the team’s draft position in 2018. Thus, the plan they put into action – tanking, in essence – worked to perfection. Instead of fixing the system that produced such a misguided decision, Haslam merely picked one scapegoat and replaced him. And so it goes.

Just throwing this out there. I know the numbers are not spot on, but decent indicator of where the public is leaning.

    TNF
    Week 1 63% on ATL (L)
    Week 2 65% on BAL (L)
Week 3 64% on CLE (So far)

Its going to be windy and Both defenses are legit. Both teams like to run the ball. Gun to my head I am taking the under. Cleveland went up against Offensive powerhouses for their first two weeks and held them. Cleveland missing Josh Gordon and Landry is banged up, how are they going to move the ball? running? Thats hard to do against Jets run Defense. Under is the only look here.

How can you rebuild when you're the fukkin problem?

From what I've heard so far (which was not much) there were 2 major decision mistakes at the top for me to even consider the Browns to rise from their ashes......

    OC and QB...

What "people" are they talking about??
Is someone on record as saying this??
You have the worst team owners, management and head coach in NFL history and they were tanking by not getting a veteran QB??

    That is laughable

The team decided to not fix their QB problem for one more year. In essence, they threw away last year. I think it was a great move. HJ mentioned something to that effect, that he was paid to coach a roster not built to win. It helped the Browns stock piled young, cheap talent and now got their franchise QB. The Browns franchise is nowhere near the worst team in NFL history. Not even close.

    Results say different
Plenty of teams play with rookie QB's and back ups every year and don't go 1-32-1
They need a coach and system to win any games
    Laughable premise

Well every losing streak comes to an end. I feel they should of won those first two. My biggest concern is that New Orleans first game gave up 48 points and then only 18 to the browns... Steelers gave up 21 points to the browns but then gave up 42 to the chiefs. This tells me that the offense is really bad for the browns. Their time of possession though has been decent almost near 50% of the game so they are at least moving the ball and burning some clock. Gun to the head browns -3 but as someone stated earlier the best play is probably the under

Last won game: 2016 (one that year)

Last winning season: 2007 (losing record 14 of 15 last seasons)

Last Division championship: 1989, roughly 8 years before Sam Darnold was born

    Superbowl appearances: 0

    -

The case for the Browns being the worst team in post-merger NFL history is nearly airtight. Sorry.

I wish I liked the Jets tonight but don't think they will win and I'm not sure why:
    - better coach
    -better Qb

    > 60% tickets on the Browns and about 55% on browns ml. The public is obsessed with the Browns even after trading Josh Gordon. I thought there would be more indecision tonight but apparently not. Line is still -3 with everyone thinking it should be more?

Feel like I'd be pushing my luck with the Browns so I'm leaning towards a no touch and have been
