Djokovic has beaten rafa once at the French and several other times on clay at non French open venues.

Their H2H off clay might even favor rafa. Look it up.

I was more referring to all your boys majors on clay. I think half credit for a French is fair no? Lol

We can also take away all Nadal wins and his slam count is 0 compared to 16 for Novak.

Not at all, not even close. Nadal is 17-7 on clay, 9-21 everwhere else.

6 slam wins combined at aussie, wimbledon, us open, and those do not count?

I was being sarcastic, the argument I often read that we should take away his clay wins is silly.

I said I give him half credit for each French! I agree taking them completely away wouldn’t be fair!!

Gotta give homie credit here, he's admitted his mistake in evaluating djoker and given nole the credit he deserves.

It is pretty crazy when you look back at this and say that 3 of the best tennis players ever played at the same time

Wow homie finally makes an appearance during the 2019 US open Slam

Shows up when Djokovic is down 2-0 in sets to Wawrinka.

What could be the reason here?

Starting to think Federer not gonna hold the record. Think he might only get 2 more max before retirement. That owuld leave him at 22, Rafa will be winning at least 4 more. That leaves him at 23. Maybe 24.

Djokovic should win about 7 more. That would put him around 23.

It'll be close. Djokovic has an advantage because he's gonna be the last to retire.

a 32 year old, even with all of the modern medicine and conditioning available in the current times, is going to win 7 more slams?

Djokovic will have over 20 slams Homie. If you don't think so you're just salty. You said a 30 year old prime Djoker would never win another slam, so let's not go back to living in the moment and think long term. The tour is terrible. No one can compete with the big 3 except for Murray if he's 100% healthy and coached well.

Nadal maybe one? Nadal just won a slam on his worst surface....at 33 years old. And he thoroughly dominated the entire tournament. Medvedev had to play out of his mind to even make it a match in the finals.

F you think Rafa is gonna do to people on clay for the next few years? He'll win at least 2 more on clay alone.....

Goater you just went from predicting 23 to now dropping it to "over 20". Which is it? And for the record I predicted 13 for Joker and good for him he is at 16. I am not going to say he is done. I never said FED was done and never said RAFA was, so I will certainly not make the mistake of saying JOKER is Done now either.

However...........23? 7 more over the age of 32? No way Bruhhhh

I said "around 23." And then I said over 20. Who gives a shit if he wins 21 or 23. He's gonna win a lot more, end of story.

I also was one of the only ones to say Rafa still had a lot left in the tank after his knee injuries many years ago. If you check on this board a lot of the big time tennis posters all told me Nadal was finished, blah blah blah. Same with Federer.

Same ppl been saying it about Tom Brady for years.

I will believe it when I see it. When I see their game actually fall off, when I see their fire for winning die.

Federer Nadal and Djokovic are all immensely motivated by one another. If one existed without the other two, they wouldn't be nearly as passionate about winning. Now they're all desperate to win as many as they can.

Age does not matter at all. I don't see why people believe this. It's the fire that leaves. Brady today is a better qb than Brady at 27 years old. Much better. Lebron at 33 is a much better player than Lebron at 27. Jordan way better at 35 than 25.

Nadal is the most athletic player on the tour bar none. None of these 25 year old chumps can compete with his physicality and endurance. He is a machine and there's no reason to think that will stop any time soon unless he gets lazy and doesn't feel like putting his body through the training and pounding anymore. Until that day comes, I am not betting against the big 3 as far as winning all these majors.

A win is a win. And a loss is a loss, and Medvedev went home, as he should have. If anything, Medvedev played perfect to try and stay in it. Hard courts are Rafa's worst surface, and Medvedev's best, and look who raised the trophy.

You been saying this same line on here for 10 years Gold. I can go back in the Nadal and Federer threads and find your comments easily about how they're done.

Whatever happens, I really hope at least one of Nadal or Djok to pass Federer's record.
Maybe Nadal will win 1-2 more and Djok will win 3-4 more?
