I am taking these shakes. IHM. Straight liquid diet except for a salad with vegetables and chicken or some variation daily. First couple days rough but I take that and some vitamins and I’m pretty satisfied. I did this a couple years ago lost 20 pounds from 210 to 190 felt so much better. Gotta get back there.

I’ve heard paleo is very good

    You can do it.

If you don't have one already, invest in a treadmill at home.

It will speed things up immensely.

Diets suck and are counter productive in the long run.

The only solution is a healthy lifestyle and consistent exercise. Not rocket science.

Sugar and WHITE are the devil in disguise. Alcohol a close 2nd.

Gotta agree with the low carb way. Started in Oct & dropped 20 pretty quick. Didn’t see a major loss of energy but you are limited to the food you can eat which can get boring. Well worth the change though. Good luck to all who are trying.

I am trying to drop some pounds.

Not doing anything too drastic though.

Just making healthier choices and not eating past 7pm no matter what.

Gradually increase your activity until you can call it exercise.
That will boost energy and help a bit with weight loss.
20-30 min huff and puff a day.
    Walking is great.

Did low carb hard core this past fall. Lost 20 lbs pretty easily. Fell off pretty damn hard over the holidays. Ready to get back at it.

Gonna start next Monday. Can’t start a diet on a Wednesday. That’s insanity.

Diets are for 55 year old women. Just live a healthy life style, eat healthy and workout a lot, then you can allow yourself to pig out one day a week.

"Diet" is a fallacy, one needs to change his whole lifestyle, not just his/her food intake....Get off your ass and realize sugar is a silent killer.

Exactly, after the diet people go back to the lifestyle that made them fat/unhealthy in the first place.

Muscle memory only takes ~20 mins 3 days a week to maintain and whenever you feel like beasting it you can beast it for 45min...anything over an hour is a waste of energy. Sleep is a major factor as well.
