Portalnd at +1400 to win Division

OKC is the best team in the division but they were not that impressive against a garbage Knicks team and Donovan has never been a great offensive head coach. If Nurfic can stay healthy Portland should have a shot to win the division, Portland might also add an additional player at the trade deadline.

Lol, I'll bet 1k at even money Portland makes the playoffs - are you joking, they were one of the best teams in the NBA the final month of the season before Nurfic got hurt.

You do realize they have the same odds as the Knicks to win the NBA title? 1 month don't mean shit. They play no defense

Lol, no shit, they aren't going to beat Golden State in a 7 game series, no one is. The odds reflect the fact they are in the Western Conference. Aminu, Harkless, and Davis are very strong defenders.

Mello is aging and Portland could still add players at the all-star break, George hasn't been the same player since the leg injury..

Are you expecting multiple season ending injuries to OKC here? It'll take more than one for them to not win the division.

I don't like how people talk about "aging" players. I saw the ESPN rankings that Melo was ranked 65th in the NBA and Lonzo Ball was at 62. Disgrace.

An "aging" Melo has never averaged less than 20 in his career. Never... Not 1 year.

Don't ever try and bring up scrub names like Aminu and Harkless in the same breath as Melo.

Even at 40 years old, Melo will shit on those guys.

PG even with his leg injury is a top 15 player in the league right now. He's a better player than Lillard.

I just call it how it is. I always teach lessons to people who talk about "young talent" and then dismiss the proven player. The player who will average 18 a game probably this year (Melo). He's "old." And that 18 a game is on a team featuring 2 SUPERSTARS, one of whom was the MVP last year.

How many points is your "young talented player" averaging? How many points will Brandon Ingram average on a shit Lakers team this year? I know plenty of people who would say that one of these young losers is a better player than Carmelo Anthony.

Yes they will. All the teams in the division are better than them.

As for the Seahawks they aren't in the clear but the Rodgers injury might get them a wild card

Not saying Melo is gonna get a ring. Don't think he will.

Laker you said Lebron would never win a ring 6-7 years ago on this site.

Taught you a lesson in that thread. Told you he would get 3 rings did I not?

    My man. GL today lol

Melo was a great scorer on Denver but he hasn't aged well, he was never fast and he can't guard anyone or beat people off the dribble consistently. He's garbage defensively even at the 4.

Lol, I think Portland will challenge for the division. If 1 of the OKC's 3 best players wear down or get hurt, or if Portland adds a 3rd scorer I think that will change things as well.

Utah is fine. They have tons of talent.

Memphis has been living off 2 players for years

Looks like he beat all those "young talented players" on the Knicks off the dribble yesterday. Frankly, I read some of your posts. You have no fukkin clue what you're talking about.

Melo is one of 4 players in history to average over 20 a game every year of his career. Melo doesn't need to be fast. He's 6'10 and 250 pounds fool.

You're gonna get buried this year with your subpar analysis just like you will tonight on the Bucks.

Good luck with your young upcoming players like Harkless and Aminu. Fukkin scrubs.

    This bet is a loss.
