    Working out at least 3 hours a day. Just paid old debt judgment (negotiated down to 38%), credit report is going to be clear in a month or so.

    got CLIPPED just lost 450 on some 2nd half filipino garbage and gonna dump everything tomrrow and thursday most likely. Dressing up like a leprechaun tonight hopefully will get laid but most likely wont.

    why do you work out 3 hours a day?

    thats not even good for you. Anything over an hour is a waste.

    30 minutes all you need as far as a workout

    everything after overrated

    Also I think we will start hitting slower posting season pretty soon

    5 miles cardio, then brisk walk to a gym, then 1.5 hours with weights. Sometimes a massage right after all these - works great for me.

    True, but I don't lift anything heavy. Staying very active for 3 hours a day is not that hard, given that I spend the rest of the day in the office

    Coach I may get down but I will never be out.

    Even when i go broke i just regroup and save up til i can get back in the game...

    it takes a toll on you for sure. But the highs definitely outweigh the lows.

    Never do cardio before weights. Takes everything out of you . Didn't bother reading whole thread I'm sure someone's already mentioned this

    Serum testosterone drops dramatically at the 45-55 minute mark when working out. So anything over this is usually overkill especially if your work rate is moderate to hard.
