I'm sure the same thing happened to those of waiting on checks from may 16th. I do love how the ask you wait 3 weeks, and then once the 3 weeks are up they always give you a different date that the check was sent on, and then ask that you wiat another 3 weeks

Marc, if by checks from May 16th, you mean checks<2500 for which you received an e-mail stating:

I have been so patient with the payout thing. I continuly played there everyday while requested a withdrawal for less than 2.5k. However, it has been more than 1 month now and not a word from these people. Patient do run dry. My friend was sent an email to say the cheque was sent on 15 May however, that sounds like a delay tactic too as surely not in her mail box.

Just received my 2nd DHL check for $2500 today. The $2500 or less withdraw is the only way to go. Withdrew on May 16, check was sent may 22, and got today. Not real fast but much better than over 2500. Still have not gotten either one of those checks.

I've been with them over 4 years, never bonked on a deposit or done a **********. I've never had any withdrawal issues with them until recent delays, but I do think they will pay. I have some wires totalling over $12K that I'm owed & another $10+K in the book still. I'm planning to keep a chunk around for football season.

What was your withdraw date on your wire? It appears you believe they will be around for a while. To be honest, I hope they make it, and get back to their old self again. Depositing with a credit card has been a snap over the years.

Basically, almost made up eveything that I had lost in th epast 3 years (which is quite a lot). Playing baseball growing up I had always bet well on baseball. Anyway, each time I would hit new heights. Finally sports.com basically had enough too, instead of kicking me out they just limited all my bets to the minimums and onlyallow me to bet 50 max on baseball. I think they are currently in a small financial jam but they will be fine. I have received all my payments, not timely, but on time. In addition, after being handcuffed by sports.com I decided to try other books and Ill tell you that they are definitely a pain in the butt to deposit. The only company which will conviently take deposits by credit card is sports. I think as long as this happens sports.com will be around for a long time. When this becomes a problem I think that sports.com could see the end of their time.

The great fear is that all of thier lies are inducing people to do chargebacks. As they gte hit with more and more chargebacks, there becomes a significant risk that they will lose their credit card processors, and then they might give up

After having told me that my check for $5400 was sent on April 10th, and then later promosing that it was actually sent on May 4th, and then aplogizing but assuring me that it was sent on May 15th, they are now telling me that there was an error, and it wasn't sent on May 15th. However, they assure me that it was in fact sent, they just don't kow when. I should have it within 10 business days of the day it was mailed, they just don't know what that date is.

Oh god, let this be an abberation but I have a problem with a <$2500 withdraw. I withdrew 2k on May 15th and another 2200 on may 17th. On the 22nd, I got "It's been processed" emailed for my 17th withdrawal but nothing from the 15th. A few days ago I email them to find out the status of my May 15th withdrawal and get told it was sent on May 21st. Except it wasn't. Now I'm stuck in a tug of war with them since I asked to cancel the May 15th withdrawal but they claim that it's been processed and sent while the processor is telling me a different story. I've gotten three sub-2500 withdrawals from them no problem, including one this week, and it seems if nothing goes wrong, they go out really quickly, but heaven forbid something goes even slightly off the rail, and you're flung into SB support hell!

Did you call the processor? Because if that was true. The processor would be able to tell you, because they are the ones actually sending it. Sportsbook is probably lieing.

and made it successfully separated or do they group it together when you request at the same time? Also Marc how did you get soo much money if they have a betting limit. I won quite a bit of money myself but I was requesting for over the limit bets of like 5-10g's a pop. They are now limiting and declining my over the limit requests.

in regards to chargebacks, BofA came back and siad that their policy is they don't get involved in gambling disputes. I know CHase is supposed to be friendlier in that regard and I think Citibank is as well.

I just got the email too about not sending the wire. It is a large wire around 17k. Iam starting to get suspicious that this company is indeed having some difficulties now from the chargebacks. Hopefully there will be no more chargebacks and this company can win back some money from all these crazy wins that have been going on lately. Really need to get this money so I hope they send it.

I have withdraw dates of the 7th, 10th, & 14th for varied amounts, w/ lowest being ~2.5K...all were supposedly sent on the 21st, though I've yet to see a dime. They told me it's 10-15 business days from the date the wires are sent, so i'm looking at a bit of a wait still.

I do think they'll be around for a while, but clearly they need to get through this whole debacle. We are just a small portion of their customer base, but based on the posts on this board it seems most don't have much confidence in their ability to survive. I believe they will, simply based on the fact that they can be consistently profitable if they reign in some of the big cheese & just be happy with their 10% juice/casino/& poker income...it appears to me that is what they are trying to do.

have them put it back in your account and then just request withdrawls less the 2.5k daily it will come faster... I am still waiting on a check for 7k that was requested on march 27th who the hell knows where that is?? its a new story all the time.. but i had them put my other money back in and just requested the money in smaller amounts and i already got one of the checks for 2.4k and it came DHL.. from what i am seeing the 2.5k and under checks are coming faster so unless you have a stupid amount of money i would just request your money daily in small amounts..

eve, you should hve your money in 3-10 days dependent on ???? That seems to be the norm that I've seen on this forum. It took 10 days for me to get my 2 checks for 2500. That's much quicker than 1-3 monthes!
