well I did recieve a check today for $900 it was sent via DHL.. I am still waiting on my other two requests one I requested on march 27th and it still has not been processed!! apparently if you request money less than 2k then it does get processed faster and they send it DHL anything over 2K takes longer to process and they are sending those checks regular mail..

IF i could recommend anything to you guys it would be to request your money in small quanities if you have a lot, request it in amounts on 1k (if you are requesting via check) it will be processed faster, I only wish I would have known that eariler!!!

jenny, unfortuneately for me, I've got 4 withdraws between 6 and 10k stuck with them (all checks). Wish I had this information 10 weeks ago, as well.

Jenny - how long was it once you were notified that it was sent DHL did you have it in your hand? I was told today, one check was mailed yesterday via DHL and another today and the last is in the queue. I agree with ya too. Smaller amounts via check seem to be working. I just requested these checks Apr 22, 23 & the last on the 25th.

So, looks like they started telling the truth about 3 weeks ago, and things are settling down. I will report on the 2nd, much larger wire. I withdrew $2000 on 3/21 by bank transfer....got nothing but runaround for a month, so on 4/13, I took out the remaining $1500 by check, of course with the same runaround....I lost some money in the Neteller fiasco, so I've been very concerned about this money, but today, I get the check in the mail, and check my bank account and the wire transfer money is in the account.....I'm happy I got the money, but I feel for all the people still waiting because I know what it is like, and I hope this will give some hope to all the guys out there still waiting for their money....Regardless of the fact that I have my money now, I will never put a nickel into that site again, though....

I requested a wire for $3517 on 3/16/07, then a check request for $ 6348 on 4/6/07. Still am yet to receive either one. I'm embarrassed to call my bank anymore because all the tellers know my voice and start laughing at me when I call. I also call sports.com everyday to ask them wtf is going on. They tell me "wait a few more days". Unfortunately I've been getting this same lame ass excuse for almost a month. I have about 6 days to decide whether I should dispute $6K on my credit card or if I should just chalk this up to a ( expensive) learning experience. I wonder what the US penalty would be for online sports gambling. Maybe I can be Leroy's bitch in the local prison. Oh and one more thing... I'm not Santa Clause. They owe me 41k total since Feb and I stopped playing with them eversince the begining of March. Most of these are winnings so if their intentions were not to pay I would be one of the top ones on their list. All that I know is that they are so unorganized with everything now and the CS people don't know jack shit. I will post again if I receive my next withdrawals. What would also help would ahve been if they paid people in the order requests were made. It is insanely frustrating when i hear all the reposrts of people who made requests after me have their payouts processed while I still stuck in the "queue." If they would have just paid everyone in order, then we would all have an idea when we could expect our payouts to be processed. Now I'm still left wondering whether tye are just disorganized, or if they are intentionally keeping me a the bottom of the queue

Seems like the processors are extremely sloppy, and deosn't seem like Jazzette really cares. One would have expected that Jazeete would have stayed on top of this "lost batch" and clearly the didn't. I think their check processor may have "lost a batch" as well. First they told me that my check for $5400 was processed on the 10th. Then they said the processor was backlogged and it would go out between the 23-28th. Now they are syaing it will go out this week. Meanwhile other people who requested checks for over $2500, and were told their checks were processed ast week, already recieved them.

These guys have been processing withdrawals for over 6 weeks now, still don't have thier act together, and clearly don't really care whether any of us get paid.

It's nice to see that they are at least making some attempts to pay people, but they are making zero attempts to retain any of thier customers. Just the whole way Jazette is handling the situation makes me really wonder if at some point they will shut the business down and walk away.

Yes, the 4/27 info is the latest update on the 3/21 wires. Isn't it nice how Management will occasionally update SBR, but they will never update their own customers
