In fact I have been reliably informed that the Dublin office has not gotten paid this month and no explanation has been given yet. This should be a good indication to all players on all sites serviced by Jazzette that this company is in serious trouble.

    Management are already looking at moving the whole CS to Costa Rica in the near future.

    Now we in the Dublin office agree with you, they are a complete bunch of retards(bar one or two). They couldnt tell their ass from their elbow. We are frustrated by them more than you, as we have always had to correct their mistakes and they make decent hard working, stressed out reps in Dublin look incompetent to you, the customer. The Costa Rican reps are paid the same per month what a new employee in Dublin gets in a week, and have to work 6 days a week. Another cost cutting measure.

    Customer service in this company since it was bought by ******** *****(ask for him by name!!) in October '06 has become non existent. The main focus is on profits, as much as quickly as possible. Best of luck getting any issues resolved over the coming months/years.

    Also, you may remember that all withdrawals were cancelled on 03/15/07. You were told this was to clear the backlog and given 5% bonus. Bull. A similar offer was made back during Football season last year, cancel your withdrawal and you will get a bonus. The reason that was done was due to the fact nearly every favorite won that weekend and the company took a massive loss of in excess of 13 million dollars. So to balance books and not declare bankruptcy, the bonus was offered. Of course, you bought the rouse.

    So read between the lines! This company has known exactly how to screw you and its employees for some time, and proabably will continue to do so. Gamblers and loyal dedicated staff are easy targets!

    Please go easy on the clerks you speak to on chat. They are not only doing what they are told, they have not a clue about whats going on and they have zero possibility of being able to get anything positive done. While having to answer up to 16 chats at any one time(it is now limited to 6 chats as reps walked out due to the stress), we have to lie through our teeth and take some serious flack from the customers. Some of this is deserved but remember there is absolutlely nothing that we can do to help. There are no processes in place, everythng is done on the spur of the moment. Customers tell us what is going on with the company. It is a DISGRACE!

    So you all know now, I was a member of staff in the Dublin office. Believe me, this is not sour grapes, it is for your benefit only. I have simply had enough of the lies upon lies.     its difficult to even know who to believe.
    im sitting here with over 9000.00usd owed to me from 4 diffrent withdrawls. huge gambling loss!!!!!!!!!!

    got another story about : There are still backlogs with withdrawals, for future reference the normal timeframes for processing withdrawals should be back in the first half of May

    ive learned my lesson here.
    i gambled with money i shouldnt have gambled with. i made a huge run and had a great lucky streak at a Sportsbook.com affiliate book at www.allpro.com. i made all the money back on this run that ive lots over then 4+ years ive been with this company with NEVER! a withdrawl problem. and quick payouts i used to recieved from these guys was something they did seamlessly back then. its a shame they took this oportunity to take my money and run...

    im just crossing my fingers ere hoping all of this isnt true.

    I cant say that I beleive anyone really.But things that I hear are that the employees for sportsbook.com are paid well as well as good benifits(even though they lie in Costa Rica).There have been no layoffs in costa rica yet either.Right now many of them are earning overtime while the withdrawl issues continue.

    I really just hope we all get paid. And be done with sportsbook.com. Thankfully, I only just came on board with this book. But I learned my lesson. ALWAYS RESEARCH THE SPORTSBOOK...Carib is the best I've ever dealt with as far as a book goes. Great CS and fast payouts. Anyone else wager with them? If not, you guys should look into them.

    CS Stapleton just tried to soothe all our fears. She stated there was a slight re-structuring going on as far as loss of positions, and said she knew about an American class action lawsuit that is pending if payment is not received by American customers. They certainly don't want that to happen. She also said they were not closing their doors, and SB was sending withdraws through their new processor everyday.

    It appears to me that those withdrawals were somehow screwed and it was either credited back to your account, or sent to the back of the queue awaiting processing again. From what I gather, those who wired experienced the most difficulty. Haven't seen anyone lately complain about recent withdrawals from post 4/4/2007 dates. I think the improvements are there and you'll just have to be calm until you're paid. Bitching won't help.

    I'm one of the 3/19/2007 folks and my money was credited back - no problem. I'm waiting and will eventually get my $$$ just like the others who've posted and bitch, but don't see them anymore. I've noticed that there is about 10-15 folks on here left that hasn't gotten paid and the posts are getting weaker and weaker. Anyway, take it for what it is worth but I think they'll be in BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME AND AIN'T GOING ANYWHERE. TOO MUCH MONEY TO BE MADE FROM U.S.A GAMBLERS.

    I'm not sure if more people are getting paid out, or just decided to quit complaining about it. Honestly, I don't know what to think about my withdrawal from 3/19. Who on here is legit, and who is just making things up? I have no idea. All I know is I haven't received my wire, and don't know if I ever will. It sucks, but what are we going to do?

    I use superbook.com which is the same company as sportsbook.com. I put in a check request on April 4th still have not received it. Talked to them today and they could not even give me a timeframe when it was going to be sent to the processing company. Put in another request laskweek. Might see that one by christmas. Does not seem the backlog is getting any better.

    They may be paid ok for CR standards but this company has pretty much always been the lowest paying book in CR for the industry. Their turnover is very high as a result.

    What is the amount of your request? Also, did you request regular Postage, or FEDEX? I think that makes a difference.

    I'll let you know when I receive. I made a request in the amount of $1500.00 as of 4/24. My orginal request from 3/19 got sent back into my account.

    Anyway, like I said, don't think there's been a lot of complaints lately.

    i think this is happaning as well..

    ive had a couple mvp members and even one platinum member at sportsbook.com formally ask to extend thier privlages in order for me to recieve my funds as well... in other words to see if i can get bumped up in the cue.
    they have recieved thier wires. slowly.. but recieved.

    im still holding on.

    Like I've mentioned before after reading the majority of these posts from the thread, the dates that I've mentioned above all had problems with withdrawal. Don't know why, but seems like it has been a majority of problems for everyone. This is evident from all the complaints in regards to wires. I don't think there's a whole lot of problems with FEDEX or DHL, whichever it is that SB is using now.

    Bank wires seems to have problems lately cause the banks are receiving incoming international wires and are not very receptive, especially banks that don't deal a whole lot with international wires. The security with these banks(domestic) are really tight! When I request wires for my bank via any new online service a lot of verification has to be done. I have a small local bank and I know for a fact that this is what happened. If you have WACHOVIA or any other banks that do large international processing, then I don't think you'll have a problem. Anyway, don't think SB folks really understand the problems and can't explain in full detail as to what is going on. Like many have suggested, I would like for them to be honest and let us know that they're not sure what is going on. Instead they tell us one date after another.

    Well, this is what I've gathered so far, let me know if you all think differently.

    I requested a check on 4/18 for 4k and another check on 4/24 for 2.7k. I was told by CS they would both have to be sent by regular mail and that they would be processed this week or early next week. So far neither has been processed, and I am close to two weeks on the 4/18 check. I am being patient, and I don't plan on having any money for probably 2-3 more weeks.
