    So what are the best sportsbooks?

    Hi all,

    I'm new here but have been reading posts here for awhile.
    I recently joined several sportsbooks (5dimes, BetDSI, BetOnline). Deposited/Redeposited $3,500 in all.
    Brought my balance up to $10,000 several times but busted up before making a withdrawal.
    (Made a withdrawal with Betonline one time, gets Cancelled but for a legit reason).

    However, I've read alot of horror payout posts here. Seems like every single one of the Recommended sportsbooks here gets complained one way or another.
    So my questions to you Pros here are: (before making my Final -hopefully- big deposit):

    Which sportsbooks are the best having both of these:

    1) Best Payout (not slow-paying, or not paying at all)
    2) Best Customer Service (tired of BetOnline slow-answering CS. They never answered my emails).

    Yes, They don't accept US players. They're a very very reliable company. Never had any payout problems but they're the best book? Don't think so. First of all, their lines suck, usually. Let's say you want to pick Lakers +4.5, check TheGreek and you will see Lakers at +4. What I maen is, their lines are sharp. Not easy to beat definetely. Same goes for pinnacle too. Reduced Juice, Great Odds, Low Bookie Margin but winner side is always juiced, lol.

    so what are you guys' suggestions for US player, besides from 5dimes?

    BetDSI CS seems pretty good so far. Not sure about their payout as I've not made one there yet. Fees are a little high though.

    dsi has been CS I've ever dealt with hands down

    5D does have better lines than dsi

    Despite the recent hiccups and Superbowl fiasco... I've never had a problem with Pinnacle. Recommend to any non-US players looking for a good book, in my opinion.

    Seriously... just gonna cut and post an early post... should be helpful and many to choose from that many offer good bonuses and free payouts once every 30 days as well as reasonable withdrawal fees, and do not forget longevity and backing... very important for long term ability to process payouts.     FOR US-RESIDENTS...

    only "must have" online book available to US-ers is 5dimes (good "sharp" pinnacle-like prices)...

    not a bad idea to also have one "square" book as well, such as Bovada which "shades" their prices in a way that is generally crappy...but sometime gives u a nice bargain. Not a really good book tho' (cause i've heard they like to delay ur payouts)...but nice to keep a small amount in there for when there is a "sore thumb" value.

    books to use as a secondary backup to 5dimes, IMO are youwager, bookmaker/dsi family, and heritage...they, like 5dimes always pay and don't take forever to do so (i'd avoid BetOnline, BetUS, BetED...and other "one-way $-hotels" like the plague)....others will also thumbs up Legendz, but i'd avoid them too--as a matter of principle cuz they run crooked casino software, know it, and refuse to dump it, says something of mngmt-philosophy

    That's from a Wizard of Odds article from 2011. Five Dimes acknowleged that sofware was bogus and dumped it. Bill Dozer and Legends claim their (Legends) is on the "up and up".

    Bet365 indeed looks like heaven when you register (especially when we're talking live betting), but it won't stay that way for long 'cause no one thinks of under 1EUR max bet allowed on some sports when they are talking about bettors heaven.

    We all have a join date, mine happens to be jan 2013. However my first posts, and I have 200+ not 12, are not glowing endorsements of some sportsbook that may or may not be screwing bettors. Commenting that it looks a little fishy is hardly out of line, you did the same thing actually.

    Mods can verify I am not a gimmick acct and have never been on SBR before my join date. The betislands issue helped me find sbr through google. I do not bet offshore I use a local, its a shame we do not have the same options others have. It would save people tons of hassle and abuse
