Faulk was with Peyton his rookie year. Edge was good for the time he was there but they didnt rely on him at all. And Addai??? LOL that was a good one, thanks for that laugh.

Mcgahee is just as good as Edge was. Moreno is finally playing to his potential. Sounds like you are butthurt over Peyton for some reason but get over it.

Theres only a handful of serious contenders in this league. So arguing what division is best is alittle silly.

Pats -3 @ Denver?? I never cease to be amazed by some off the stuff I read on here. What did the line close at during the regular season at Foxboro, Pats -7 right? So the the Pats would have been -1 @ mile high there and then. Since then the Broncos and manning have found their grove and have been steamrolling teams. Line will be Broncos -2.5. Broncos win by a TD.

Patriots are still the favorites from the AFC side, only reason Denver took a little more money was because Houston lost, Houston wins and gets HF then Denver goes back up to 5-1. Pats will technically be second favorite over all but will be favored game to game, thats how those pools work.

Pats will open -2/2.5 and they will move according to the money. Either right to -3 or right to -1 with massive vig.

Denver has been a dog more times this year than Pats have in 3 years. They were even a home dog to Houston (whom NE spanked hard) and lost to them by 6.

Yeah thats their one game odds, they will get a bye week and host the winner of a wild card game. You think if books figured them to be a -160 fav (with a +135/140 dog) they would offer +160 now?

They are just regurgitating the ESPN line that only reason Den has struggle it was because manning is SO brilliant the mere mortals that he plays with are having a hard time keeping up.

Best bet on that board is Houston who will be hosting the AFC championship game if they win this week. But theyre +320 at pinnacle so better odds at a better book.

Those odds are directly reflecting this weeks opponents. If Denver didnt have a bye week they wouldnt be favored by nearly as much as they are.

Even though Hou is a TD fav on the road they are still on the road to a play off team. I doubt either team tries too hard so Houston could possibly lose, unless they are definitely playing for HF though out. I havent been looking at much this week so I dont know.

But Houston at +320 is a no brainer right now and I cant believe the odds are that high on them, because they will be favored over everyone every game at home including Denver and New England, even though NE stomped them pretty easily.

I mean they went from Tebow to Manning in an offseason. You dont think there was a learning curve?

People that think the Patriots would be dogs against the Broncos need to reconsider their betting future. Do you realize how much one sided action that would create? People buying Patriots up to 3 if the line is below to, People teasing the patriots up to over a td, taking Pats ML at a + number. No matter who the pats are playing taking them the Pats @ + money would be no brainer. With all this in mind if nothing changes from now till the game line will be somewhere between pk-pats-2.5.

People that think the Patriots will be favored over the Broncos in Mile High, I just cant respect your opinion going forward. It is just rediculous to suggest that the current favorite to win the AFC and the Super Bowl for that matter will be underdogs at home in there 1st playoff game. Just makes absolutely no sense.

Pats were +3, +2.5 to Baltimore earlier this year.

Why would books care if people buy points? That's for suckers anyway.

people are acting like Brady and the Pats are the public betting gods...which in a way they are..don't get me wrong...BUT YOU ARENT GONNA FIND MANY PEOPLE BETTING AGAINST MANNING AT HOME...especially getting points..your out of your mind..that would cause so much one sided action its ridiculous. all this talk about how public would pound the pats blah blah blah

are you forgetting who is on the other fkn side of the ball and the come back story espn has been pumping at all year long an how the public just watched the niners drill the pats on national tv in foxboro? (despite a heroic come back that fell short)

shutup the the public tom brady bullshit. peyton manning is on the other side of the balll.

I want to call BS on that one because it sounds ridic but then remembering that they got to play the Chiefs, Ravens, and Rex Grossman, it actually could be true.

The Public will go heavy on the Patriots moneyline, if they were to meet in Denver.

The Public will blindly bet Brady for these reasons.

Brady owns Manning in the Playoffs, but all those games except one were played in New England.

Brady beat Manning 31-21 earlier this year at home.

Brady destroyed Tebow 41-23 in Mile High, deceiving the public that Brady can win anywhere.

Broncos receivers: Welcome to Peyton making you nervous at the line with all his audibles...With playoff pressure and the game getting tight, you want to be able to let it fly and not think...Peyton makes his teammates tight in the playoffs.
