Next year everyone should have to pay for their rooms up front and get reimbursed at the icebreaker or the bash. If they don't show up, the no shows will be charged for their room. Sam and everyone busted their asses throwing a great bash for us and to not cancel is a dick move. Not only the rooms but they have to pay for food and booze up front. Looking forward to next year!

Just read through this thread, alot of people reported seeing people on the no show list and others said they sent e-mails to cancel their reservations in advance and are still on the list. So seems like SBR is a little unorganized.....

They made us give cc info last year to the 2 hotels in CR. Sam I asked you to hook me up with an extra room from one of the fukers that didn't show, at least that way it would have been used, even if only for a couple of hours.
Also, if you guys knew there was gonna be leftover everything because we were missing people, why didn't you relax the rules and let us bring other friends besides our guest to the dinner, etc. Seem like a waste to me.
