I know we all have a 'moral' obligation to obey our parents however, in this situation, where my mother has voiced concerns about how sports betting can lead to life altering consequences, I just don't feel like all her concerns are justified.
What are your thoughts?
1.) Do I listen to my mother and stop betting sports?
2.) I'm in my early thirties but still feel like my mother does and should control most aspects of my life, do yours?
3.) I've lived in my parents basement my entire life and feel that I'm now proficient enough with sports betting that I could totally make it a career and leave, as it is called in our home, the dungeon with my $750 roll that I've built to well over $15k betting like $1500/game sometimes.
4.) Is it tough to make it as a professional sports bettor?
If anyone else is in a similar situation and would like to have a therapy session via PM let me know.
