Lets face it guys, CORY1111 was using a bot at Easystreetsports!
I am not saying that he doesnt deserve to be paid, but he did break their rules. He used a bot and it is obvious.
Of course CORY1111 wont fly to Costa Rica and prove that he can play that fast.
Cory1111 sounds like an idiot in his phone interview. That interview did NOTHING to help his case, if anything it hurts his case

It's obvious he used a bot because he sounds like an idiot in his interview? Wasn't his play looked at by whoever and nothing was found yet because how he talks, he's using a bot. I understand he's shady in the past so I really don't care, but this logic is pretty idiotic itself.

I have no problem with using the bots, but it does go against the sportsbooks rules. So by that rule they have a valid reason not to pay him.
I suggest that he just accept something like $15,000 and be done with it. He will get a penny over that amount anyway.
By the way, easystreetsports just called me today and offered a 40% reload bonus

His play was looked at to see if anything suspicious was being done. But that has nothing to go with bot usage. They cannot check for that. Even before his interview it seemed obvious to me that he was using a bot
A judgement has been made. He will not receive his winnings based on bot usage. Clear and dry. It sucks but he has to follow the rules and try not to make it look so damn obvious next time

im a bit confused....why exactly would they care if he had a bot lol? If there game is +ev for the player they would still lose money in the long run even if he played it himself, just at a slower pace.
I guess if they had a promotion that temporarily increased the payout for the game, i could see them not wanting bots used so advantage players couldn't profit nearly as much.

Well bots would use 100% correct strategy! Sort of like counting cards in the casino. Not illegal, but you will be asked to leave after you win a bit.
In this case, it says in their rules (and all other casinos online) that you cannot use bots
I have received 2 payouts from Easystreetsports in the past 2 years with no problems. Now they were less than $3000 each though

You do realize one can use STATEGEY CARDS at the BJ tables and when playing VP....................both of which provide perfect strategy.

if its proven he has done chargebacks ect. that is a much better reason to consficate than saying he may of used a bot to exploit a game that will lose him money in the long run (unless their was a promotion making it +ev)
yes and the not stoping even for one sec. after hitting royals just gives it away like black and red
