That's a nice dodge, but in the example above, what % should the driver get seeing all the company provides for the driver to have a job?

You used to paint and fix boats, right? How much did you pay to build the place where you went to work? How much was the insurance, gas, water, electricity, all the equipment you used to do your job, the advertising, accounting, customer service, etc? How much of that did you pay out of pocket? Again, this shows your sense of entitlement and ignorance of how a business runs. To think that an owner should do all of that for free and you should get 100% of what you produce using what they provided for you is nothing but being a spoiled brat.
