Where do I start? So many bad coaches. So much unrealized potential because of it. I would love to see:

1) Dennis Green with Notre Dame, because I don't care about Notre Dame.
2) Marty Schottenheimer with Arizona Cardinals, because he can bring them to the next level.
3) Charlie Weiss with San Diego Chargers, because they have the talent to win the Super Bowl within the next two or three years, and the window of opportunity is closing.

I feel Dennis Green can turn that sinking ship called the Az. Cardinals. I feel with the recent money that Bidwell put into that team, and Green's system will be a win/win proposition out there in the desert

LOL, but that's the only level he'd bring them to, and unfortunately for Arizona the next level is .500 and out of the playoffs. Marty excels at making any team (great or terrible) mediocre. He's an abject bonehead with the flexibility of a concrete pillar.
