    i will still say it was a terrible bet... making bets like that in the long term will lose you your bankroll... took 5 flukey turnovers for sf to barely squeak out a win... 9 times out of 10, that doesnt happen and you lose your money... again, terrible bet..

    but congrats, you were lucky tonight, and rather be lucky then good

    dlunc - when i take a home team with a great defense, i do expect to win the turnover battle. you cant really predict turnovers as you could say rushing yards - but you definitely have to always give the edge to the home team because of the crowd noise on 3rd downs etc...

    Saints only had 19 turnovers this season ... it wasnt just the amount of turnovers in this game .. it was the location of them. Most set up the 49ers in great field positioning.
