    Betting 2H totals

    First time poster but long time lurker on the boards. I've made quite a bit of money over the years betting second half totals in CBB but this year after tweeking my system a bit by including the margin of deficit at halftime has seen my $$ go through the roof.

    I know I know put up or shut up...

    Some days I will have no plays and some days I'll have 10 plays (sat).

    I will use this thread the entire year when a play falls into the system. I hope to make you all alot of money after you see the success. GL to everyone.

I've been hitting about 57-58% over the years on these plays...bet 1, 3, or 5 units on each play. 1 being a small play, 3 my normal play, and 5 a wtf that line is way off (% success on these are very, very high like Mizzu/Kansas over 83 2H last night). This year though since I included the deficit at halftime into the formula my record is through the roof.

    Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself but let me get on a role first and shut up before I get crucified by the rest of the board for the early smack talk.

    Only 12 games on the card today so slight chance no plays today. I don't make plays to have action.

    2nd half wagers were you have the under is like gambling on roids. Have to avoid both the dreaded OT and the foul fest. With a full game under you have a small chance to win with OT and full fest with just a wager on the 2nd half you have zero chance if either one occurs.

    emily, Exactly. That's why some of my bigger 5 unit plays involve games at halftime that are already looking like a blowout will happen. Don't have to worry about the fouls at the end. Princeton was up 15 and just let Penn walk right back in it.

    Oh well it's a marathon not a sprint so the luck has to eventually change this week.

    I'm curious... how can you make a 2nd half pick until the 2H line is available at half time? The guy specifically said he waits til half time and then takes a look at the line and see what fits his system.

    He isn't talking about props here. Why do people bash others in here for taking a point of view and putting their thoughts out there?
