    Florida/UCLA In Game

Looks like UCLA is gonna have to play some ball...won't be able to count a fat guy with slippery sneakers and some choking guards to hand them the game.

If UCLA gets down by 7 or 8 they are gonna be in big trouble.

Does anyone know why UCLA is trying to play an up-tempo game? I mean, they've scored a total of 109 points their last two games and won both, and now they try to play at a fast pace? Much respect for Ben Howland, but that isn't too bright.

UCLA better wake up, because this one's getting out of reach quick. Nothing going their way.

    Bruins

I remember about 3 charging calls and they got their pockets picked at least twice while trying to push the ball with defenders in front of them. Seems they don't respect Florida's athleticism

I can't find a play. I hedged my 2 units of UCLA E before the game and have UCLA to win the game for about a unit net +137.

I don;t think they'll win, but I'm not gonna chase.

The one thing that is tempting is FLA -5 +300. UCLA could even make a run and then the endgame means a FLA win by 18 or so

I cut losses on the over/under. I had under 128. I also now have over 129. At worst, I lose one bet (exactly 128 or 129 points), otherwise I lose pennies.

I think the blow out is coming if UCLA doesn't get back in the game in the first few mintues.

Love under for the second half, but not playing it since I am relatively heavy on it already. The play is UCLA -3.5. Florida only scored 9 points the last 10 minutes, and I believe the coaching advantage will start to rear its head even more, as Howland is a much better in-game coach than Donovan.

4 blocks was the title game record? I would figure it was higher then that. Or was it for the 1st half?

    Noah has 5 blocks already.

Tournament record, not single game, unless I'm mistaken.

I have watched every UCLA game this season. They have been a 2nd half
team all year. But with that being said, Noah is a monster!!

Oh, he needed 4 blocks to get the tournament record? If so, what the hell is the tournament record? There has been some great shot blockers to go through the tournament.

True, but most of them weren't 7 feet tall and guarding 6'5" guys every game.

I did a google search and came up with this:

    Code:
    Most blocked shots

11 Shaquille O'Neal, LSU vs. Brigham Young, 1992
10 Shawn Bradley, Brigham Young vs. Virginia, 1991
9 David Robinson, Navy vs. Cleveland State, 1986
9 D'or Fischer, Northwestern State vs. Winthrop, 2001

NM, championship game record. That seems impossible, but we'll take CBS's word for it.

She just walked again out at the top of the key.

D'or Fischer must have transferred to West Virginia from NW St. I remember he had a big game against Wake in the tournament last year.

They just said again, that it is a Championship game record. Man, that just seems low. Oh well. CBS knows best.

Billy Packer is blind, and he just pointed out that Noah is walking all over the place.

I agree that does seem low. I thought Patrick Ewing would of had
more at least once in his championship games.

At least the under is starting to look pretty good, after that joke start that saw Florida make everything they threw up.
