I really don't like the line movement here and I've been thinking about it all day whether to hedge or not. As soon as pinny moved to -5 at -113, I knew I needed to hedge out. I lose 0.1 units but the bright side is if I want to later, I can go ahead and just put in NY +5.5 but I doubt I will. I have a 4 unit play waiting on Denver -3 but if not, I'm ok with taking -3.5.
Went ahead and locked in the -3.5 for 4x (A1 and A3) for Denver. Isn't looking good so far. I just don't think this Denver team is the same team as before. Their three point shooting isn't even close this year with Afflalo and the short corner 3. Oh well, every team makes a run.
Wow! I needed this so bad after an awful week of college football. Phew. After looking at how I'm doing and how my reads are, I think my goal is for a 35-40 unit season but honestly, since this is my first thread, anything positive is great season. Just trying to learn my way through BR management and how to correctly judge value in order to increase units. Good luck everyone!
I hope this will be the only time I make a second half bet because I really don't like chasing like this but I'm chasing a chase basically. Blah. Rough night with the Charlotte game and the New Orleans game. Not to mention watching Minnesota choke their way through the second half. Also after beating the closer by 3 points in the Boston game and that game flies way over. Just a rough night. I guess I had it coming for how I've been running but still. Rough. Oh shit. I just realized I never posted 3 of my picks. penetrate. Well they went 1-2 anyway so don't think anyone will complain that I add them to my record. They were Hornets +7.5 1x, Miami over 204 1x, and Boston +1 1x.
Glad I got the last two to hit so I guess the luck evened out tonight.
