    I think people are overreacting to Charlotte winter test . It will boil down to if SHR is working completely with Hendricks team and sharing info. . They got away from that last year . At times I think Zippadeli was trying to get fired with decisions he made. .

    its just a tool for some direction. last year kasey was very solid in testing and was good on all the 1/2 mile tracks till race strategy got away from them. dominated at least 4 races on 1/2 mile only to lose. i would be intrested to see thursdays test results. jj already said they are a bit behind on new car rules. and of course it showed with all 4 cars in top 11. and kahne, once back on lead lap races pretty good. if thats just a bit behind then hendrick will be solid this year. i do want to compare the charlotte test and thursday test to see who improved.

    and the only plane that i know thats on time is air force 1

    And in wouldn't use ANY test to handicap a race. Period. I just heard that yesterday.

    All teams working on different things, tires wear, extra. Its close to useless Info imo but I know some think it matters.

    Not to mention test was at Charlotte. Pretty meaningless imo.

    Kahne has has a bad habit of running 2nd, it comes down to his skill level imo. Just like at Vegas. 2nd place but never wins.

    William hill sportsbook offers odds to win pole. The book is located in the uk, wish one day they would offer it here. Cant even browse there site from us ip, but search micahroberts7 on twitter he list a few of the odds.

    the test in charlotte was mandat by nascar to test car limits and set up limits. 5 seperate set ups. to only use this test is stupid, but when 3 cars are at the top in all 5 configs, you gotta take notice and see where that leads in real race settings like we will see on sunday. while you spend hours on tapes and notes, i scoure the internet for the information you brought up...what they were testing, how many lap runs and the such. i get it that everyone has a differnnt agenda. but hardly useless.

    that is what makes betting this sport fun and a cash cow. what bookmaker spends time looking for the stuff we do? but a preseason football game they do the exact same thing. scour local papers to get a read on game day playbook. same thing we do, we just choose to bet a sport they could care less about

    Well said vinny. We all have different methods and i wouldnt consider any of them useless. Most of the time we come up with a lot of the same drivers on raceday no matter what methods u used to get there.

    Do u know if the one in vegas offers odds to win pole?

    William has pole odds..19 listed. Field is fav at 5.. brad is 6.5

    Also stopped to get MGM odds..they have matt as the fave at +220!!!wtf..asked the ticket writer if the race was over and be said be didnt think so, otherwise odds would be taken off.....

    Didnt think about it might only be for the vegas race. Field seems overvalued with the top 19 cars listed. Matt +220 to win? Thats about what my local used to offer me on nascar odds.

    Been browsing sportsbooks and seen where dsi shows the percentage of bets there getting on each driver. Ive always wondered what drivers are taken money. I mean u kinda tell on dimes because they drop the odds anytime they take money. But this way u have numbers. Just thought it was a nice feature i thought id share incase u guys want to look.
