    SO....
    72.97/102.12 = 71.45% = -250.3
    29.15/102.12 = 28.55% = +250.3

    No Vig = +/-250.3
Can someone explain how or why this is written like this? Why 100/343?

    If favorite formula is (X)/(x-100) i.e. (-270)/(-270-100) = -270/-370 = 72.97

    If underdog formula is (100/)(x+100) i.e (100)/(243+100) = 100/343 = 29.15

You always divide risk by payout. So, in that example, +243 means if you risk $100, the total payout on a win is $343 (Your $100 back plus $243 profit). 100/343 = 29.15%. Same thing with the one right above it. Risk 270, win 100, so total payout is 370. 270/370 = 72.97. Hope that helps.
