The troubling thing I see is Bama not putting many points on the board. Throwing out the Florida International game, they have put up 15 (Auburn), 14 (LSU), 16 (Miss St), 13 (Tenn), in the last 5 games, and only 13 (Vandy) early in the season.

I don't see OSU being held to under 21 points, and Alabama will struggle to score that many. OSU only scored 10 (Texas), but 21 and better for all the rest.


It seems offense is winning more than defense now days. I guess that's the Petrino coming out of me.

Good Point But Alabama or should I say Mike Shulas MO was get a lead and let the D hold it for you.

Alabama held Tennessee to 16 points
Alabama held LSU to 28 points
Alabama held Florida to 28 points

Oklahoma State playing any of these teams would be a 16 point dog. Hawaii normaly scores 50 a game but they only managed 17 against Alabama.

Bama's offense is not good, but I don't think OSU's defense is any good either. Look at Florida State last night. They put up 44 points (one defensive TD) and Weatherford played very well against that awful UCLA defense.

Bama's QB had a lot of drops from his receivers in the couple games I saw. I think they can score enough and rely on their defense, which is solid.

I'm on suicide watch jeez what a heartbreaker and wallet breaker. Anyone who went on this game because of the post forgive me rest assured I had my money where my mouth was. The only saving grace for me was a 2 team parlay Bama and over at the half.

Keep your head up aces. You will bounce back. Tough beat today. Bamas defense did NOT show up. As far as the talent in the SEC believe me, its there.There will always be one team in this conference that will stink up a bowl game. This year Bama. Last year Auburn. No sir this conference is strong.
