Texas is unpredictable, and Oklahoma State's defense is predictably terrible. -7 is what I guessed it at, but it might be close. OSU will put up 30+ for sure, but you never know what game Texas will show up with. Im going small for OSU

I understand what you are saying Jake, but my belief on this game is that Texas cannot keep up with the Oklahoma State offense, and this is based solely on the game I watched this past weekend against Oklahoma.

I got OK St at +1 for this game at the beginning of the season. Wish I went bigger. I would still take them anything up to 10 points. Texas will score but no way can they keep up with OSU's offense. Im with you Urbanwildlife. I'll probably put another unit on the spread.

Without having any real research so far, this game should be all about turnovers and penalties. Whoever gets that extra shot should take it. Oklahoma St. doesn't stand much of a chance defensively and Texas's pass defense is about the same. I would lean Ok St. -7, but I don't think you can name an over high enough here...

this line jumped at me. I have -7.5 line. I think OK st SHOULD handle texas, however these factors worry me: texas at home, and after humiliating loss to OU. I you have that kind of bankroll, consider lsu and Alabama teased

Thank you shooms for your post, and yes I did consider the facts you pointed out, but I also believe the talent and experience level is so much greater on the Cowboys from Oklahoma State. I do not play teasers, only the line.

The other thing to consider is how that beating effected the state of mind of the Texas players, as that was a major beat down. Can they even come back from it is a question I had asked myself. Also with it being Texas, you know Oklahoma State and Mike Gundy are going to go all out on trying to beat them as bad as Oklahoma did. You have to keep in mind, that Oklahoma State is also trying to impress the BCS voters, as they are ranked #6 as of tonight.

I grabbled Okie State +3 at the Nugget on a futures play. I played a lot of Okie State away games when they got points. I am waiting to see where the line goes. If I middle, I may go Texas ML, which is up to around 250 now. I also may hedge here.

They have at max a 10% chance of winning..and thats being generous. There is no value in their ML. They will not win this game. The only question is if they will keep it close. And no they wont. Texas at home is not as big of a home field advantage as you think. The longhorns fans may pack the stadium but over half of the crowd is 60+ retired rich old men. As you can imagine they don't scream too loud. But anyway. Texas was just dominated by OU proving that they are way overrated for going 4-0 against the easiest schedule in the nation. I dont know how you could actually think the longhorns will win.

Don't hedge! Ok st makes this a game no matter what. Texas is a good D, but OK State offense is a very good system. The qb age difference in this game is like 10 years, hahaha

I love the situation of the Okie State not having the "Staple Name" here as they are still a very underrated team as far as the line makers go. Texas is no where near what Okie State is. Texas has BIG problems with there corner and safety play. Okie States line will have no problem keeping the dirt off of weeden as he picks them apart with the best go to guy in the country blackmon. I like OSU up to -14. All numbers support OSU here.

LOVE this play. Bet 365 is a little slow on the uptake with college lines so it was -7.5. Bought the hook so it it cost me -120 but hit it for nearly $900 and might put some more on later in the week.

This reminds me of my biggest bet of the ncaa season last year. Auburn clearly picking up steam after a win against LSU and saw them -7 at Ole Miss so hit it for $1500. Think Okie State rolls by 20-30 when all's said and done.

Well, I am a little biased being an OSU fan, so take it for what its worth.

In my opinion, OSU has too good of an offense for the Texas D to handle. If they try to shut down Blackmon there are 7 other receivers they can go to, not to mention Joseph Randle in the backfield is a pretty dynamic player.

The key to the game in my eyes is whether or not OSU can get some pressure on the QB early and often. The OSU secondary is pretty good, despite what the stats might show. Plus, OSU special teams is also better than Texas'.

I just havent seen anything from Texas that makes me think this game will be close as OSU proved to themselves last year that they can go down to Austin and win. If I was to bet on this game, which I am not since I am an OSU fan, I would definitely take OSU minus the points all the way up to -9.5. Good luck this weekend everyone.
