Interceptions aside, Jacori Harris lost me when he basically mailed in his bowl performance against Wisconsin a couple of years ago. Talent, but no head or heart.

in that game did you miss all of harris' passes to the ohio st secondary? Miami's offense was playing defense every time harris released a pass. He needs to learn that a hail Mary is a desperation play, not the formula to beat division 1 defenses for 60 minutes.

Don't be to concerned about the Buckeyes as they always find a way to lose to any average or better team than knows a damn thing about football.

I guess a lot of teams don't know a damn thing about football... Including Miami last year.

    Hurricane fans make me laugh....

They play in Sun Life Stadium---with a capacity of 75K----and they rarely fill more than half of the stadium up.

They drew 43K for North Carolina last year-----and 41K for their game against South Florida.

    They had one sellout----Florida State.

That is pretty weak for a football team.

Ever think maybe there's no need to go watch the game live against scrub teams?

Ummmm, I hate to break it to you, but Miami actually LOST to South Florida.

So if they are losing to scrub teams, what exactly does that say about Miami?

You've seen Harris play QB, right?

And you think he is going to lead Miami to a great season?

Notre Dame bitch slapped Miami around for 4 quarters in the Sun Bowl------and ND wasn't that good.

lol. They could easily start 0-2. We know the they won't beat Ohio State, but will they beat Maryland?

They still should be pretty good. They have great Depth at running back, and pulled in the #1 Dual-Threat QB in last years class. He'll 95% start, and has 2 games to warm up before any real test which should be Miami. the Defense is loaded again, and the only other question is at WR before Posey returns, but they got some good 4 Star recruits that haven't seen the field yet so we'll have to see how they do. A key factor in their passing game will be there TE Jake Stoneburner who is a mismatch for any defense in the country, and look for the true freshman QB to use him a lot. Is this a national title contender team? I would have to say no, but it's not by a lot, probably should be another top 15 year or better.
