I did play one of the same games as you did and hit this below.. You pushed with the over... I see why you took the over in that game even though I went the other way... I saw it different because the Warriors have a tendency to not score as much on the road.. Their first match up in Sacramento went way under too.. That could have gone either way though last night as the final score indicated.. I got lucky..

So far I'm digging this O/U in the NBA, seems simple enough to analyze and tons of bets every day. I'll probably stop doing every game pretty soon though.

The Mavericks -3 was my big play pick yesterday and I did get that.. Going for another straight play today as my #1 pick.. Lakers are injured and thin with their line up and the Magic with the coaching change should be fired up at home on this Friday night..... Magic have played hard and lost to some very good teams on the road in their last few games and now coming back home they should have a good showing against these crappy and injury riddled Lakers is my thinking....

you're 100% right...so the betting centres on reading the "story-lines" correctly...
the bets pay/don't pay just the same as with any other bettable proposition...in accordance with how correct is your "reading"
when you get right down to it...with the bullshit final few minutes of the typical NBA game, for example...there's far less difference than you think...everything is "Sports Entertainment" now...with increasing empahsis on the second word (and decreased emphasis on the first) as time goes on
