This is the second time MacDonald has been injured before a fight in which I was comfortable laying my max bet of 10u on. First one was the Matt Brown fight.

out of all the fighters that jones has faced, I like machida's chances the best... Although I was impressed with Rampages head movement when he fought Jones.

I agree -- I think Jones will win. However Machida has the best skill set yet to beat him.

ion and fuel tv are not standard package channels, you have get the package that goes with it and same goes for FUEL TV which now has its first card slated. And sadly both channels are in different packages for time warner and they want 5/mo each or can i upgrade my bill and get a whole slew of channels ill never watch. Im not liking all these events on different channels very much now, just going to stick to streaming.

The names are getting a little ridiculous too. UFC on Fox, UFC on Fuel, UFC on FX, and all with numbers... Why didn't they just stick with UFC Fight Night and UFC Live?

ya i suppose its branding, like each station wants their name attached to the event which makes sense for them but for UFC, UFC on FOX and UFC on FX just seem odd to me . And Id like to support some new channels especially if they want to show mma but unfortunately the system isn't that friendly. The idea of being able to purchase channel by channel just doesn't seem like it will ever be a reality.

Awesome that the fights are on ion... My cable plan doesn't hold spike but it does have ion. I was hoping they would switch to it after they tried it out with ufc 125 in january. Cannot stand Facebook

Those of you who were gonna bet on MacDonald against Ebersole saved yourselves a lot of money.

lol yea right, rory was a stylisitic nightmare for brian imo. Brian had size, that's it...everywhere else mcdonald had the advantage and would outclass him - feet, hands, jitz, wrestling, athleticism > ebersole.

    I feel you brother.

sorry if I am out of the loop, but will the fights that are on fuel and ion ALSO be on facebook / streaming on a legit and authorized website???

Or will they strictly be shown on fuel and ion only?

And the other two channels are now FX and Fox, right? (I have these channels, but I don't think I have ion or fuel...).

    THanks

I was all set to take a shot at Machida over Jones until i saw the two stand next to one another. The size advantage is huge for Jones.

Ebersole was my roommate for over a year and a half and he is a beast! It was going to be a tough fight for him but getting the odds would make him a smart bet...too bad Rory got injured

Ebersole is surprisingly good. He's kind of a wildman and it works for him.

    man, time warner sucks.

HDNet (for Inside MMA and random smaller events) - not available. they used to have it, but it was part of a "sports package" with a bunch of useless channels. then they suddenly stopped carrying hdnet, but kept charging me for useless package.

EPIX (for Bellator in HD) - not available.

Fuel TV - only if you pay extra.

ION - i actually get ION as part of the standard package. Brooks, if you live in the NYC area you should have ION.

im so happy FIOS just became available in my area and i scheduled to have it installed next week. yea boy! all of these "mma channels" are free and part of the ultimate hd package. not to mention free nfl redzone channel!

Just talked to my buddy who's Claude Patrick and Mark Bocek's trainer.

    Just a couple of factoids:

    - They're injury free.

    - Bocek had his camp with GSP and the crew in Montreal.

    - Patrick was training with Jake Shields for a good bit, Anthony Johnson, Michael Johnson, Rashad Evans… Really good camp.

ya im just not in the best location for service. I found out time warner doesnt even carry ION in my area and to make it worse since I live on the outskirts of town they are the only cable provider.
